The building recently underwent an eco-friendly renovation : hot water and heating are generated by a heat pump. Electricity is supplied by the photovoltaic panels installed on the roof. This nice, comfortable, spacious (about 60 m²) and tastefully furnished apartment is at the ground floor of a two-family house located on the road leading into the stunning Valle Verzasca. The large terrace allows you to take advantage of the long summer evenings immersed in nature and tranquility.

Casa Müsu, a charming rustic home in Val Verzasca

Casa Müsu is a charming little cottage completely renovated. It is located at the foot of Pizzo Vogorno, halfway between Locarno and the Verzasca pools in Lavertezzo and Brione. The first bedroom is on the second floor of the main body: it has a double bed. The second is ten meters from Casa Müsu: it is accessed by a covered external staircase and has a double bed (as in the photo) or two single beds. A third bed can be added. Casa Müsu has a private parking space.

Welcome to our villa near Lake Como, nestled in the charming city of Valbrona, celebrated for biking, climbing, hiking and much more. Our apartment has a breathtaking view of the lake and mountains. The apartment features a spacious 70-square-meter private terrace overlooking the lake. Given the secluded location, we suggest traveling by car, there’s no public transportation nearby the house (closest bus stop is 1,2km away).
