The apartment is tucked away in a very quiet cul-de-sac facing a beautiful garden. At the lake promenade you will find boat rentals, cafes, mini golf courses as well as several nice spots for swimming. Cozy country house with beautiful views; detached; in the countryside; 1.5 km from the village; 30-minute drive to the city, in the middle of the hiking area. Large playground, panoramic terrace (pergola), fire ring / grill. In the house is an independent 2-room apartment with separate access. The access road to the house is a narrow private road with passing places. Winter: a 4WD is required in the snow! Unfortunately, no pets are allowed as I am severely allergic.
