A 15 minutes tram ride will take you to Saltholmen, the gateway to Gothenburg’s archipelago or 25 minutes to the City center. It’s walking distance to Röda Sten and Nya Varvet where you will find restaurants with harbor view’s . The Swedish translation is funky, it’s not a loft it’s down stairs and the room for your suitcases is just that 🤷‍♀️

Beläget på en lugn gata i Sävedalen finner ni denna härliga lägenhet. Boendet består av två plan med totalt 5 rum. Plan 1 med två sovrum och ett vardagsrum. Vindsvåningen består av ett stort kök och vardagsrum med fint ljusinsläpp. Här finns också ett stort fräscht badrum med badkar och ett sovrum. Det finns tillgång till trädgård. Närhet till Delsjöns friluftsområde samt badplats vid Härlandatjärn. 12 min med buss till Göteborg C och det går spårvagn från Östra Sjukhuset till Liseberg/Avenyn.

Lägenheten lämpar sig bäst för två personer som då sover i ett sovrum med dubbelsäng. Det finns dock möjlighet för ytterligare två personer som kan sova i vardagsrummet där den stora soffan och en extrasäng finns att tillgå. Sängkläder, handdukar och slutstäd ingår i priset. En privat parkeringsplats finns att hyra för din vistelse.

En jättemysig studio i centrala Göteborg. Perfekt för 2 personer men finns plats för 3 om en vill sova på soffa. Gammalt kök och badrum men allt är funktionellt! Kan varar bra att veta att trapporna upp är smala och branta och studion är lågt i tak i vissa områden. En 5 minuters promenad bort ligger färjan som tar dig in till stan. Finns även 2 busshållplatser 5 minuter bort som med en 10 min tur kan ta dig direkt till stan! Har ni vidare frågor är det bara att höra av sig :)

Just a few tram stops from Ullevi with football and great concerts. Category Golf isn’t applicable, something is wrong with Airbnb algorithm, I cannot adjust. They have promised to remove when trial is over. But it’s a central apartment NOT near a golf course - added 251119

Recently renovated attick apartment with wooden beams and lush garden terrace that is 10min from city center by tram or bus. Nearby lakes, tennis and football courts make it ideal for all kinds of activities. Free parking in the area.

Cozy and fresh attic with own entrance for rent in Hälsö. Located close to the harbor and a swimming area (100 m). Great fishing opportunities and a walking path around the island (4km). Restaurant/cafe and mini golf, boules (50m).
