Right in the center of Barcelona, next to Plaza Urquinaona, this apartment is perfect for those looking for a comfortable and functional place in the city. Both quiet and close to the main tourist areas. A few steps from Las Ramblas, Plaza Cataluña and Paseo de Gracias. An ideal location to visit the historic center, and the trendy commercial areas by foot. Perfectly connected by metro and bus. Right in a commercial area, this apartment offers a perfect combination for those who want to stay close to the main tourist, business and spare time attractions, but in a quiet and safe place. To the south of l'Eixample, it borders the Borne and Gothic neighborhoods, making it a strategic spot to start the best city tours. Located in a newly built farm, we enter the apartment through a long corridor that ends up in the main living room. There is a living room with a comfortable sofa that can be turned into a double bed, a big windows and a TV. This space, without any physical division, turns into a dining room when you turn right, since it is built into a practical and functional fully equipped kitchen-office. It has a double bedroom and a double bed. It is spacious and has two wardrobes. A spacious and fully equipped bathroom, made of noble marble, completes you stay. The southern part of the neighborhood is called Ensanche (l'Eixample). At 50 meters from Plaza Urquinaona, and at 200 meters from Plaza Cataluña it offers one the most central locations we can find in the city. Multiples stores of all kinds, trendy restaurants and bars, as well as the main commercial areas will make its visitors only regret not having enough time to get to know everything this place has to offer. If we walk towards the sea, we can choose the path to the right, with the most emblematic buildings such as the Cathedral, museums and unavoidable markets, their entangled streets that are an invitation to indulge into their never ending attractions. On the contrary, if we choose the path to the left, we will go through the bohemian neighborhood of Borne, Santa María del Mar and their incredible stores, their streets and buildings that offer the person passing by a pleasant surprise when discovering every corner in it. If we go towards the north, we will immediately reach the elegant Paseo de Gracia and Rambla de Cataluña, so we can go through stately Barcelona to finally reach the Avenida Diagonal. Air con, heating, TV and video entry phone. Linens, towels, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, electric oven, kitchenware, plates and glasses, electric coffee machine, toaster and juice extractor. Iron, washing machine, dryer machine and dishwasher. Regarding transportation we are very close to different metro lines, more than a dozen bus lines and the Plaza Cataluña central train station. You will feel at home and we will care for you so that you enjoy it!

This gorgeous 90m2, bohemian duplex ONE BED apartment has amazing views over the entire city from the large plant -covered terrace. Walking distance from Las Ramblas. There is a bedroom with Queen sized bed downstairs beside a long balcony and another open-plan living area upstairs beside the terrace. There's a smart Tv, free wifi and washing machine and dryer.
