This is a legal tourist flat with license for 2 guests. It's located next to the Sagrada Familia, just one block away! Tourist tax is included, so no extra charges! Combining the old building with a modern loft style my goal is that you feel at a second home. Two large glass doors allow access to the balcony that overlooks inside the residential block, so there is no traffic noise at all. It's important that you know that there is no elevator in the building and you have to go up 4 floors.

A comfortable living area features a light grey sofa complemented by vibrant pillows and a plush blue chair. A small white coffee table sits in front of the sofa, while a potted plant adds a touch of greenery. Natural light illuminates the space through a window, with decorative art displayed on the walls.
