Ground floor: living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom/toilet, bedroom (bed 160 x 200). UPSTAIRS: storage landing and reading area, bedroom (two beds 80 x 200, one is convertible to 160 x 200). The proximity to our home allows us to provide you (on request) with a washing machine/dryer (common independent cellar). Shared garden (not enclosed) and not private.

I also rent a ground-floor apartment in the same building, with a sofa bed in the main bedroom for a third person, with air conditioning.
