Guesthouse-Tiny house Middelsea

On the border between Leeuwarden and the village of Goutum, the accommodation is located in our spacious backyard with full privacy. The cycling distance (2 bicycles and tandem available) to the city center is less than 10 minutes. On the west side, a terrace of about 16 m2 is equipped with furniture where you can enjoy the last rays of the sun until late evening. The location is located on open water, you can fish and swim in summer and use the canoe.

Sluyterman Apartment

Between Leeuwarden, Sneek, Franeker and Bolsward lies our quiet village in the Frisian countryside in "De Greidhoeke". The apartment is located in our house from 1856 with beautiful high ceilings, a private entrance and free parking in front of the door. The apartment is on the ground floor, fully equipped with underfloor heating and a fully equipped kitchen. In the bathroom, there is also a washing machine, including detergent, for the small laundry.

10 minutes from Leeuwarden and 4 minutes from Grou is our rural farm in Idaerd. This fully furnished, modern apartment has all the comforts. The bathroom has a sink, a rain and hand shower and a toilet. There is a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and combination microwave/oven. Hidden in the Leeuwarden district of Huizum, lies the former kindergarten "Boartlik Begjin". At the end of the Ludolf Bakhuizenstraat, lies this special quiet place, within walking distance of the city center and the train station. A nice base to go into the city, shop or visit one of the museums. And also to discover the rest of Friesland. The room is also suitable as a home office (WiFi available).

This former transformer house has stood against the beautiful Frisian village of Wirdum for more than 100 years. It has been converted into a beautiful tractor hut with great care and attention. You could also call it a tiny house, because despite the small space, it has almost every comfort. In the village, you will find a café/restaurant and a small supermarket with bread from the warm baker.
