My secluded cottage lies in the countryside of Normandy on a completely private terrain of, 8000m2 with an own driveway. The remote house sits alone in the hills with no neighbors and has a garden with cherry, apple and walnut trees. Explore the lush green grasslands and charming French hamlets right from the driveway. The house is within easy reach of the Normandy beaches, national parks, castles and medieval cities. A basic retreat for lovers of nature and peace.

In a green setting, backed by the owner's house, this accommodation overlooking the river is just for you, with independent access. A living room with sofa, desk, Wi-Fi. Charmant studio dans une longère, au calme. Accès privé en arrière avec une agréable terrasse. Situé à 5 minutes de l'axe Vire/St Lô au niveau de l'autoroute A84 sortie 40, idéal pour visiter la Normandie (équidistance entre le Mont Saint Michel et les plages du débarquement). Viaduc de la Souleuvre à 10 minutes ( saut élastique, accrobranche, luge etc...) 20 minutes de Vire et St Lô , 35 minutes pour Avranches et Caen.

Beautifully Presented House

Stunning Shabby chic home on the Cotentin coast, decorated to a high standard. The cottage is on the grounds of a large villa. It is in the centre of a very small village which has a bakery, small convenience shop, cafes and restaurants. It is a short walk to the beach. This is a convenient location for the Mont St Michel and exploring the Brittany/Normandie border.

The Firs

A renovated old cider barn, with plenty of original character beams. A cosy lounge and well equipped kitchen are found on the ground floor. Access to the first floor is up a spiral stair case, leading to a large open bedroom and bathroom, plus a separate Sipper bath located on a small mezzanine.
