Holiday rentals with lake access in Gower

We had an amazing hen and stag do weekend here for 22 guests. Sarah was super accomodating and lovely and went the extra mile to make us cocktails and snacks when we arrived, and a super thoughtful card and champagne for the happy couple. Sarah stayed in the adjoined house so was able to help us out with a couple of things when we need it. All the bedrooms were amzing and really comfy. Top host and beautiful home! Highly recommend!

My partner and I had such a relaxing time at The Mill - it was like a home from home and the perfect base from which to explore Pembrokeshire. The cottage was very comfortable, came with everything we needed and we enjoyed using the wood fired hot tub. Jen had provided some very useful information about local walks and we had a lovely walk through the forest near the cottage. We also had a great day at the beach in Tenby which was easily reachable by car. Jen was an extremely friendly and communicative host and provided us with lots of useful local information and tips. Also I have to mention the pre-prepared meals available - they are all delicious but special shout out to the chicken and leek pie!

Colin and his wife, Angie welcomed us to their amazing farm with home made delicious biscuits. The cottage is beautiful and well equipped. Colin and Angie are attentive hosts and they responded to any of our requests immediately. They are very relaxed and generous with their time. Colin and Angie share their beautiful arts and crafts shed, which is a great space to relax and be creative. Angie and Colin have generously allowed our daughter to feed the chicken and the sheep and collect the eggs, which we truly enjoyed for our breakfast. Colin and Angie are also thinking about the future and they are great custodians of nature. We want to thank you for making our stay a memorable experience. And we will return soon. Absolutely everything has been a highlight for us. Thank you

Lovely house very well equipped and very clean. Fabulous few days here for a local wedding.

We had a lovely stay at Linda's house! The house was spotlessly clean and well-stocked. She very generously provided us with tons of food, which we really enjoyed! The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Linda herself was very kind and we enjoyed meeting her. The house is ideally positioned to enjoy Gower!

What a lovely little secret place! Absolutely beautiful 40 acres to roam & wander with the dogs. Play area for kids with a mega trampoline, and a well heated swimming pool, which can be booked for up to 2 hours of private use, at no extra charge. I stayed in Robin. A lovely little cottage, perfect for solo travellers or couples, and dogs, of course! Large, private SECURE lawn at the back, with beautiful views. Dogs & kids can be free-range and interact, if appropriate. The cottage is lovely, very homely and comfortable, what you'd expect with kids & dogs running riot! Very clean, all mod cons - dishwasher/tv/internet/iron/hairdryer. Everything you could want. Beautiful lake fir fishing or just strolling around. Well done Alex, Jess, Rob & Chris. X

Clean and spotless laminate flooring downstairs, new carpet upstairs, clean linen, equipment, and utensils. Very well equipped. Flexible check-in and check-out. Excellent communication and quick response. Highly recommend it.

What a wonderful apartment in an amazing location. Just like the pics it was well furnished and very clean with a really comfy bed and sofa! It was homely with everything you could need for your stay and with parking right outside the front door it was perfect. It is next to the dock which is now a large sea water lake where you can swim or canoe! Or just look at the view from the apartment ! Just down a little path and you are on the beach and coastal path ideal for a leisurely walk. I really enjoyed my stay. I was visiting family but also had a much needed bit of a quiet break to myself. Thank you Helen for letting me stay, your excellent communication and help providing all the info needed. Highly recommend and will be back!

Excellent flat to stay in with beautiful views from both bedroom and living room. Kitchen was well stocked with kitchen utensils and plates. Kitchen and bathroom were very clean. Host gave great instructions on all the processes needed for check-in, finding the place, and general rules.

Roseanne was a wonderful host, super helpful, very friendly and excellent communication. The flat was superb, exceeded expectations, great size with all the amenities you could wish for. Overall a brilliant stay and would very happily go back again. Highly recommended.

Loved our stay, clean apartment, easy to find, with parking always great. Ground floor which was good as the disabled mother was with us. Just love this part of Llanelli would love to come back.

We had a fabulous few days as a family at Garden Cottage - Diane & Thomas made us feel very welcome & it really was a home from home stay. The cottage & garden are wonderful with plenty of room for 5 of us adults and our dog & such a lovely big private garden for her to run around in. There's lovely walks around the property & the surrounding area is breathtaking. We did trips out to Brecon Falls, Llansteffan Beach & Dinefwr house & gardens from the cottage so it was a great base. Definitely a fabulous find!

We recently stayed at Lake View Cottage and had a truly relaxing experience. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, with stunning views of the lake and peaceful, natural scenery all around. The cottage had a lovely sense of privacy, making it feel like our own little retreat. The swimming pool was a big hit, especially with the kids—they had a blast! It was the perfect mix of comfort and tranquility. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy quality time with family.

A lovely tiny cottage in a private and quiet position. Well equipped and great dog walks from the door. We enjoyed the birds, the pond and the stream.

We’ve just returned from the most delightful short break in a beautiful college cottage tucked away in the heart of Wales. The cottage itself was a perfect blend of old-world charm and modern comfort — tastefully furnished, spotlessly clean, and full of character. Surrounded by rolling hills and the peaceful sounds of nature, it felt like a true escape from the everyday. This little haven gave us the peace and quiet we craved, along with the warmth and welcome of a truly special place. We left feeling rested, inspired, and already dreaming of our return xx

Our stay at Nici’s was just perfect! The cottage was beautiful and the surrounding views were incredible for watching the sunset in total relaxation, you really can relax and sit for hours watching the world go by! The cottage was cosy and had everything that you needed, it really was a home away from home (with better views!) I couldn’t recommend Nici’s cottage more, the location is perfect for exploring the local area and Nici is a wonderful host! It really ticks all the boxes and I wish we could have stayed for longer! Thank you for letting us stay!

We absolutely loved our 6 day stay here. Felt right at home immediately. The lake is absolutely beautiful, and all the wildlife that visits is so wonderful. There's birds of all kinds. We saw Canada geese swoop in everyday and the Greylag geese had their little chicks swimming with them from the island. There's bats that come zipping right past your face if you stand outside at dusk. It's so peaceful and picturesque. There's so much to do, we didn't even get around to visiting Carmarthen! We would love to come back in the future

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre court séjour chez Julie, la propriété est superbe, au calme d’un grand parc où il fait bon se promener. On se sent tout de suite comme à la maison. Le jacuzzi est très agréable. Julie a été super accueillante et nous a fait des recommandations de promenades que nous avons adoré. Il ne nous reste plus qu’à revenir pour en profiter davantage !
