House in pure nature in emerald Soča Valley

Our house, located in the wild nature of Triglav National Park, is surrounded by a forest and beautiful mountains. Just under the house you can explore amazing water grove and a waterfall, which is known as energy point. In the valley you can enjoy the beauty of emerald green Soča gorge and if you're brave enough, you can jump right in. The house is a great starting point for many hiking trips. The most popular is certainly the hike to a beautiful glacial lake Krn, under the top of mountain Krn.

Fully equipped apartment is located in the village Spodnje Gorje. It is located on the 2nd floor (mansard). From the balcony you have a beautiful view of the castle and the lake of Bled. Free private parking. Grocery store is around the corner. 3 km to Lake Bled (reachable by car, walking ca 40 min. > back is uphill), walking distance to Vintgar gorge (ca 15 min), Pokljuka gorge and crystal clear Radovna river. We will be happy to advise you about excursions (sightseeing, hiking, biking, ...).

Green House Bled 1

In the past, Green House with big green garden was my parents' farmhouse. We ventured into tourism in 2017 by renting out a room. In 2021 we demolished the old house and built a new one. House is just 10 minutes walking to lake Bled. There are two apartments on the first floor, both have a balcony with separate entrances and there is a shared washing machine in the common hallway. Welcome to our Adventure Cottage nestled alongside the peaceful Sava Dolinka River. Offering respite from the crowds, yet conveniently close to enchanting Bled Lake, this retreat accommodates up to 5 guests. Unwind in the spacious garden, perfect for al fresco dining—a serene haven for families, friends, and couples alike. Note that the apartment is situated at the bottom of a valley, but the sun still shines on the property for most of the day.

Villa Krivec

We are located just a 2-minute walk from Lake Bled. We offer 2 en-suite rooms with a kitchenette, but there is no dining table, meaning you can only serve simple food such as stew. In addition to the building, there is also a common living area with a dining table that our guests can use. Tourist tax is not included in the price, it is 3,13 EUR/night for adults and 50% of that for kids from 7 to 18 years. Kids under 7 don't pay tourist tax.

This charming one-bedroom apartment in an idyllic village just 3km from Bled is a fantastic blend of nature, tradition and modern appliances. Vacation home in a secluded location and with a great view

The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.
