Il comprend cuisine, terrasse privative, salon de jardin, 1 chambre et un salon, qui fait office de chambre (cf plan). Chaque chambre dispose d'une salle de bain et toilettes privatives. La piscine (6x12m), est partagée avec les propriétaires.
