We know the area very well and can advise you on hiking, trail running, road biking, or mountain biking routes. The sea is 30 minutes away.

60 m2 2-bedroom apartment in a house, with private entrance. The accommodation has a large terrace, 2 bedrooms, a large living room, a bathroom. The space is equipped with a fitted kitchenette. The house is located in Grabels in the heights. You will have stunning views with nature and birdsong upon waking, this is 5-10 min from Montpellier by car and 35 min from the beaches. Walking distance from the house are several hiking trails (see photos). Pets are allowed under certain conditions.

(On request: 1 or 2 children up to 12 years old can be accommodated, sleeping on a mezzanine with a 130 cm foam mattress (ceiling height 1.50 m)). Bed linen and bath available (free). Private bathroom (sink,shower, toilet). Hours: 7:00 PM to 12:00 PM. No pets allowed.

In this 550 m² former winegrower's house on a 2 hectare property, with a large 15 x 7.5 metre swimming pool, you can get accommodated in one of our 3 fully renovated and air-conditioned accommodations, with fully-equipped kitchen, 1 or 2 bedrooms and views over the greenery.

Very nice studio, complete, independent and quiet, included in our house (main residence in which we live all year round) surrounded by a garden with terrace and with an above-ground pool. Carefully made, modern and decorated with sobriety (Scandinavian decor), it is fully equipped, air-conditioned and close to universities (tram and bus) as well as shops. We are located 30 minutes drive from the sea (Palavas les Flots).
