Holiday rentals with beach access in Grace Bay

I am no stranger to Turks Travels ... and have loved Carpe Diem condos for quite some time due to the location - easy beach walk and being right across from the police station and local shops ! Solo traveler and felt secure . Michael's place was better than the pictures - as it's very spacious , bright and beautifully beach appointed . Can't say enough good things about the king bed mattress - something to be said for sleeping fabulous on vacation ! One of my favorite things was the separate lobby area ( with a door to close if u choose ) that made you feel as if you could leave ur beach things right there and not deal with bringing them in your separate living space . Was a quiet week before Easter so all was serene and quiet within the condo complex ! Would be great to come back and enjoy again !

Ocean Orchid was absolutely amazing. My family (wife, 4 y/o and 3 mos old), plus grandparents, stayed here for a full week. Nearby beach is super peaceful (like no one ever) and great for little kids. The backyard pool and sandpit was a big hit with our oldest, who just couldn't get enough of the table in the water and the big boat. Won't lie, I had fun watching the fish from the infinity pool. Karen was a wonderful host. Went above and beyond A+ hospitality. Upon arrival, there were some great snacks. She even went out and got us some super soft linens and an infant bath chair for our baby. All in all, would highly recommend staying here. Great location if you want to be away from the hussle and bussle, but still 15-20 minute to anything on the island, clean and always cool inside. Views were great from the decks (yes, two decks). If this is available during your travels, don't hesitate.

We had such a peaceful time here. Bright sunlit unit with ocean views and comfortable new looking fit out. Owner mentioned to us he had just put in a brand new AC and definitely appreciated how well it worked after some struggles with another unit. And Mike was so friendly and responsive. Thanks for letting us stay at your beautiful condo, we hope to visit again!

Eddy was very responsive and helpful, the space was clean and had everything you need (including beach chairs and an umbrella), pool was clean and never crowded, the condo complex was quiet and within an easy drive to restaurants, beaches, and the marinas.

Excellent location of the property. One block to public beach access through Grace Bay Club. The property provided cooler, umbrella, two chairs and snorkel gear for fun in the sun. The studio where we stayed was clean and plenty of room for a couple. All the amenities of home..stove, fridge, bed, pull out couch and tv. Pool is located at the back of the property with lounge chairs, table and bbq. Keno, our host was attentive to our needs, as we had an issue with our safe , but that was fixed within 24 hours of arrival. Great value for the price in an excellent location one block from beautiful Grace Bay beach on a quiet crescent. 👍

Steve place is just what we needed. Location is great. The pool right outside our room was a plus. The view is amazing. His place is clean and perfect for a couple or a solo trip. The beach is like a 2 min drive and 15 min walk. It felt like our own private beach. Steve also provided us with a cooler and beach chairs big plus. IF you book here Rent a car. It will save you a ton of money especially if you leave 2 to 3 times a day or want to really explore the island. It will pay for itself on day one. Its like $90 round trip with a taxi to most places. If your looking for Safe and clean then this your place. You dont want to spend all your time in the room with all the beautiful beaches on this island.

I had such a peaceful stay at Elizabeth's apartment. The apartment was quaint and very comfortable. The setting was incredibly tranquil, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The view of the ocean was beautiful, and I loved sipping my morning coffee on the patio. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind. It was close enough to everything you need but far enough away from the tourists. I can't wait to get back and this will be the only place we stay!

If you are looking for an affordable spot near Grace Bay this is it! It was absolutely perfect, about a 10 minute walk to the beach, and about 20/30 minute walk to get to downtown Grace Bay; which was very doable for our group! John was soooo nice too and super flexible, letting us stay past check out time if needed! There was plenty of accommodations in the condo too, filtered water, towels, washer/dryer, basically all basics! I 100% would stay here again and had the best time!

Great place with a great host and property manager. The host and manager were very responsive to any messages sent. Beach is close by and the house is in the middle of everything you would need. The house location was surprisingly quiet for being in the middle of Grace Bay. Great place for kids. They loved the upstairs loft and pool. If we ever return, we would rent this place again.

We absolutely loved our stay! It was described perfectly. We did rent a car but would have been completely fine without it. The property was extremely clean and we had everything that we could have needed. The patio was the perfect place to have dinner and hang out with the family in the evenings. Coffee shops, restaurants, grocery store, and the beach were a really quick walk. I would highly recommend this property for small families and/or a small group of friends. The house was perfect for 3 of us over Spring Break, having the beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler and snorkellng gears were a huge help. We loaded up the car everyday and headed to our favorite Leeward beach. The house was in a quiet area with a fence gate. Coconut Bistro was the nearest restaurant and was walkable but for more restaurants/shopping it would be maybe 15-20 mins walk, luckily we had a car. We had a great time on this beautiful island and would love to come back one day.

Just returned from eight days at Nina and Dale's beautiful home. From the time of booking throughout our stay, Nina and Dale were very responsive to all communications. The home is lovely, and the photos of the property are very accurate. It was easy to find from the hosts' detailed instructions, and we felt very safe there. The beds and pillows were comfortable; the air conditioning was cold; ample towels and toiletries are provided; and we particularly appreciated their reverse osmosis 5-gallon water cooler! We didn't use the pool, but we did enjoy the outdoor shower & spigot to rinse off before going in the house. The keypad for entry worked flawlessly, and the gate remote was very convenient. Several grocery stores are a few minutes' drive away, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking/grilling. Bight Reef/Coral Gardens was a few minutes walk, and the home is also very close to Grace Bay and Smith's Reef. Really an all positive experience. Thank you!

It’s hard to put into words what an amazing trip we had and how much this wonderful place contributed to that. It was quiet, private, and even had a private beach within walking distance. Everything you needed for cooking was in the kitchen, and the rooms are nicely separated for privacy. Our favorite part was Soldier, our island dog, who loved to walk us to the beach every day and was waiting for us when we woke up. The location of this place was great and that it is close to grocery shopping, the airport and some cute restaurants. We will definitely plan to visit again. Great place with great hosts!

Do yourself a favor & book this place!! Spotless home with perfect AC units (I'm usually VERY picky with cleanliness), very WFH friendly (desk, chair, very good wifi, etc), and very safe location! I stayed here as a solo female traveler & never felt the need to even lock my door! Perfect place to stay long term, too - comes with everything you need, it's away from all of the resorts/noise (& fratty people). Incredible price, too! I will only come back to TCI if this home is available! I stargazed in the pool every single night. Jim & Maria are incredible hosts who were so helpful in every way. For example, I'm pretty sure Maria took the batteries out of her fire alarm to put into mine, so she suffered all night, but I didn't have to. They also lent me their paddleboard, gave me endless tips/tricks, & were so kind! Really made the island feel special. Thank you SO much for everything!

Sea la vie is a quiet and relaxing place. The unit is as advertised and super clean. The long bay beach is a few minutes walk from the property has beautiful sunrise, paddle board, kayaks, portable chairs and umbrella are complementary by sea la vie.Majid the Host was helpful to answer any question we had.

Ulma’s place was perfect! The central location to everything was great since we went everywhere. At the house they had beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, snorkel gear and quite a bit of other items we did not use. The pool was basically right out the back gate! The AC worked wonderfully, the house was stocked with everything we needed, it was incredibly clean, and the lay out for us was great. Highly recommend staying here!!

The place was spotless, which is a big plus for my wife. Location was perfect, easy walk to the beach, restaurants and the supermarket. The pool area was really nice as well. Never busy. It was a bonus he had beach chairs and an umbrella because they're expensive to rent for the day. We were told $75. You don't need a car, but if you plan to visit different beaches, then think about renting because taxi service is expensive. $33 each way for the airport. $45 each way to Sapodilla, and Taylor bay beaches. It can add up to a car rental really quick. James was very responsive and answered all our questions. He allowed us to check in earlier, which was a bonus. We had an amazing time. Would definitely rent it again, if we ever go back. You won't be disappointed if you stay at James's Place.

My family and I have stayed at a number of AirBnb's (and before that VRBO's!) over the years and I can honestly say that this was the best one yet. Jennifer's place has been meticulously arranged. Everything possible was considered for fun in the sun, as well as comfort and ease within the space. From the floating hammocks to the plush linens, to her extensive guide book, Jennifer thought of everything one could need to have an incredible vacation and make lifelong memories. I really hope to come back someday! Thank you Jennifer!

Loved the stay! Easy walk to Shark Bite and Hideaway Cafe. Beach is an easy walk and all the beaches are close drive. Big balcony! Comfortable furniture. Helpful amenities. I cannot hear neighbors. Two pools are great and very close to room. Would stay again.

We stayed at Matt & Erin’s for our 10th wedding anniversary and it was amazing! Definitely off the beaten path and remote and peaceful. Their recommendations for excursions, restaurants, and things to do around the island were superb! We loved being able to walk out of the condo straight to the beach and enjoy morning coffee during sunrise! There is some seaweed along the beach but they thoroughly explain that it is for the overall health of the marine/sea life. There are areas not far down the beach that had little to no seaweed. We absolutely loved our time here and will hopefully be back soon!!

Nathan’s place was undoubtedly one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was exactly as depicted in the listing. Upon arrival, we found the place clean and fresh, stocked with essential items as mentioned in the post. Even spices were available in the cabinet, eliminating the need to buy them for cooking. The restaurants within walking distance were pleasant. Although we regretted missing lobster season, that’s not Nathan’s fault. Haha! The beach was breathtaking, and we were grateful for the beach-friendly amenities provided while we didn’t use them, knowing Nathan had equipped the place for it sets it apart from others. Don’t forget the onsite pool! It’s a great place to relax when you’re not in the mood for the beach. Lastly, the screened-in porch was a welcome respite from the mosquitos. Be sure to bring repellent, as they were quite persistent during our stay. Our entire party thoroughly enjoyed Nathan’s place. We will be returning here!! 20/10.

Mark’s place was the perfect fit for us! It’s quiet and peaceful, you can see a bit of the ocean from within the studio through the patio. Mark provided great recommendations and was super proactive with all of my questions. It was also great that we got to use the snorkel fins and beach chairs they provided.

Just as advertised. Clean and very close to Smith Reef Beach. as others have mentioned, a car is a must. we had a great trip.
