Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Grace Bay

Amazing find and great host! The property is amazing, quiet, calm, beautiful and comfortable. We had everything we needed to enjoy our time. Its a great place to disconnect and explore turks and Caicos. The best thing to do in Turks and Caicos is beach hopping and Michael’s place is super central, yet hidden in nature so you can go anywhere from there but still disconnect and relax easily. The airbnb comes with two beach chairs and a cooler. Just load them in the car and go explore! We also enjoyed having down time and reading by the pool area in between beach days. Highly recommend. We will definitely stay here again when visiting turks and Caicos. Things you must know about turks and caicos: you need a car regardless where you stay. Taxis are not readily available, not even by the grace bay beach area (lots of tourists get stranded there). The island is super safe and its fairly easy to drive. you will enjoy the freedom and time savings from being able to drive to places.

Location in the center of Grace Bay was absolutely ideal! We were able to walk to all our dinner reservations and cute shops. The view of the pool from the third floor balcony was lovely. The funky optional ocean blue lighting added to the ambience. When an issue came up… Icemaker not working, needed a spatula, blender was leaking… Simone was incredibly responsive and took care of the matter immediately. Easy flat walk of .25 mile to beautiful white sand beach, where lounge chairs were available to us, and umbrella rental available. We found the location to be perfect, and the accommodations were very comfortable, but not extravagant. Full-size washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher added to the convenience. A collection of fins, masks and floats were on the balcony, but we brought our own. For the convenience and location and price, we would definitely stay in this property again.

Eddy was very responsive and helpful, the space was clean and had everything you need (including beach chairs and an umbrella), pool was clean and never crowded, the condo complex was quiet and within an easy drive to restaurants, beaches, and the marinas.

Can’t say enough good things about the place, stay, location and hosts. Very responsive, centrally located, well equipped and peaceful. I have stayed in many Airbnb’s and this experience lived up to its description. Oscar was fantastic. Would def book again if visiting again.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Beautiful Sunset. We had so much fun with the private pool and scenery from the pool and patio area. I would definitely book again!

Absolutely loved this stay! It is a quick walk to a beautiful section of the Grace Bay beach with a snorkeling park! The studio is cozy had everything one person needs, and there’s communal snorkeling equipment. The location was easily accessible to east and west sides of the island. The hosts are really kind and responsive. Highly recommend!!

We loved our stay at Grant's condo! It was the perfect 6 night stay during our first visit to TCI. I do an absurd amount of research when booking to find the best fit for us, and this was right on the money. The space is clean, location is perfect, and we felt right at home. The AC is phenomenal, and we loved having all the kitchen amenities available for use. We felt safe here, and the construction next door didn't bother us at all. It's also super nice to have the deck protected as mosquitos can be an issue in the evening. The beach is right around the corner, and it's super nice to have lounge chairs available at all times. The beach is a dream come true! Much quieter than other parts of Grace Bay. Perfect for couples. We got engaged on this trip so we will never forget it! Much love from California.

This was a beautiful place and stay. The hosts were very warm and friendly. They actually live downstairs and were flexible with our check in and even brought some drinking water for us which was nice. They do live close to the airport and you can hear the planes during the day. It’s a very quiet and cosy place to stay. You do need to bring your own toiletries. Beautiful country!

If you are looking for an affordable spot near Grace Bay this is it! It was absolutely perfect, about a 10 minute walk to the beach, and about 20/30 minute walk to get to downtown Grace Bay; which was very doable for our group! John was soooo nice too and super flexible, letting us stay past check out time if needed! There was plenty of accommodations in the condo too, filtered water, towels, washer/dryer, basically all basics! I 100% would stay here again and had the best time!

Check in was easy. Junior was easy to communicate with. Place was nice. Enjoyed our stay.

The condo was exactly as advertised! King bed was so comfortable, big shower with great water pressure. The pool and patio were lovely. The Host was proactive and responsive and had great local recommendations. This is part of a duplex - so you will have neighbors sharing the pool and patio. There are beach towels in the unit and two chairs and two snorkels to share with the other unit. Great stay 10/10 would recommend 🤣

We absolutely loved our stay! It was described perfectly. We did rent a car but would have been completely fine without it. The property was extremely clean and we had everything that we could have needed. The patio was the perfect place to have dinner and hang out with the family in the evenings. Coffee shops, restaurants, grocery store, and the beach were a really quick walk. I would highly recommend this property for small families and/or a small group of friends. The house was perfect for 3 of us over Spring Break, having the beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler and snorkellng gears were a huge help. We loaded up the car everyday and headed to our favorite Leeward beach. The house was in a quiet area with a fence gate. Coconut Bistro was the nearest restaurant and was walkable but for more restaurants/shopping it would be maybe 15-20 mins walk, luckily we had a car. We had a great time on this beautiful island and would love to come back one day.

Patricia and Mervyn were amazing host, we absolutely loved the place it was quite peaceful and had a private area in the back where you can relax. Their place was clean and they were very attentive to all of our needs. Highly recommend this location

Absolutely perfect stay! This place exceeded all our expectations — beautifully decorated, spotless, and just steps from the beach. The hosts were incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Can’t wait to come back!

Sea la vie is a quiet and relaxing place. The unit is as advertised and super clean. The long bay beach is a few minutes walk from the property has beautiful sunrise, paddle board, kayaks, portable chairs and umbrella are complementary by sea la vie.Majid the Host was helpful to answer any question we had.

Ulma’s place was perfect! The central location to everything was great since we went everywhere. At the house they had beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, snorkel gear and quite a bit of other items we did not use. The pool was basically right out the back gate! The AC worked wonderfully, the house was stocked with everything we needed, it was incredibly clean, and the lay out for us was great. Highly recommend staying here!!

James was very responsive and left clear instructions for us. The Airbnb was the cleanest we have ever stayed in, and the location is perfect. Slightly away from the hustle and noise of the main resorts but still within 5 min walking distance to the beach and plenty of restaurants. The Turks Kabob and CocoVan are quick, inexpensive places to get food and the resort restaurants and Coco Bistro. The grocery store across the street has everything you need and was the deli there was very economical for lunch food. We were very happy with our stay!

Loved staying here and would absolutely rent again. The place has everything you need for a stay, and it's great central location for exploring the island. The condo is quiet, spacious, and clean. The view from the balcony patio is gorgeous! The pool is fabulous. The nearby restaurants are good, you can walk to get a coffee in the morning if you don't make your own. This place has all the extras that elevate your beach vacation: in-unit washer and dryer, beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler. He even provides a bucket you can fill with water to wash the sand off your feet before entering the unit. I had to leave my reservation early due to a family emergency and the local manager was immediately responsive and kind. I can't wait to stay here again!

Such a wonderful place to stay. Best beach area and we walked and drove all over checking out other areas. Perfect spot and beach chairs closer to ocean than other resorts, which was nice. The place had everything we needed. We did a snorkel tour and a jet ski tour and both were great. Ate at The Farm, Las Brisas, The Pelican, Coco Bistros, CocoVan, Hemmingway’s, and Grace Bay Grill. All were fantastic. Having a car was a great idea. We were able to explore the island more. We had so much fun on the snorkel tour that we bought snorkel equipment and went to three other locations. So fun! Already planning our next trip.

Mark’s place was the perfect fit for us! It’s quiet and peaceful, you can see a bit of the ocean from within the studio through the patio. Mark provided great recommendations and was super proactive with all of my questions. It was also great that we got to use the snorkel fins and beach chairs they provided.

We stayed for five days at Kay’s Place. What a great place to stay affordably on Provo! This location is on the quiet side of the island near the schools in a non- commercial/residential area. It’s a five minute walk to the beach that’s great for long walks. Da Conch Shack is super close. This is a great crash pad to explore the island. You definitely need a car. Grace Car Rentals was awesome! We got rides at night because it’s dark and confusing to drive then. But in the daytime we explored snorkeling at Smith’s Reef and chilling on the Beach in Turtle Cove. We also enjoyed the beach near Sibonne Beach/The Beach Hut. There’s public parking there. Everywhere felt safe and the people on the island are lovely. Have a great time at Kay’s Place!

Just as advertised. Clean and very close to Smith Reef Beach. as others have mentioned, a car is a must. we had a great trip.

Villa Renaissance was absolutely perfect. The location can not be beat, easy access to walk to restaurants and coffee shops. The condo was perfect for our family of 4, very very clean. I enjoyed having it cleaned each day we were there also! It was not crowded and very quiet and peaceful! The beach was beautiful with plenty of seating, as was the pool. The onsite bar made very very good drinks and had a happy hour each day! Host was very responsive and helpful. The onsite staff was also very helpful and accommodating.
