Comfortable, quiet and sunny apartment. Private parking in the building with a cost of 20€ per day. Located on a very well connected central avenue. Across the street is the metro and bus and you will also find all the amenities: supermarket, supermarket, pharmacy, pharmacy, Banks, cafes and restaurants, bakeries, ... Magnificent apartment completely renovated. Enjoy means "enjoy" in Catalan and during your stay in this apartment you will really enjoy Barcelona. From its terrace, the panoramic views over the city reach from the coast and Montjuïc to the Tibidado mountain! Located in a central and safe area, well connected by public transport and just 10 minutes walk from the exclusive shops of Paseo de Gracia, the Gaudir apartment will allow you to enjoy an unforgettable stay in Barcelona. The apartment: Modern, elegant and very bright, the apartment Gaudir is located in a residential property especially suitable for families and groups of adults over 30 years old. Entering the apartment you will have a completely clear view of the living room and kitchen, characterized by a careful decoration that immediately conveys a pleasant feeling of home. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dining table for 8 diners. The kitchen has everything you need for a relaxing and unforeseen stay. The balcony-terrace has excellent views of the rooftops of Barcelona. The night area consists of three bedrooms: two of them have two single beds together (they can be separated on request), wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with shower. One of the bedrooms has access to the terrace with views. The third bedroom has two comfortable single beds and space to store belongings. Guests staying in the third bedroom will also have their own bathroom with shower located in the hallway. Other Amenities: Private Parking (upon request) ... €20 per day Come… to enjoy! You will have access to all the apartment . The apartment has a base price for 4 people. Each additional person has a supplement of 30€/day. Private parking in the same building 20€ day ... check availability. Claudio will be your host at check-in. He will be your "friend from Barcelona". You can consult him on any topic or ask for advice. Area with multiple services and public transport. From the apartment you can walk to the main sites, although there are multiple connections with metro, bus and taxi a few meters from the apartment .... even to go to the Congress Fair If you walk 10 / 15 minutes you will reach : Sagrada Familia, Ramblas, Born, Paseo de Gracia, La Pedrera, Arc de Triomphe, Plaza Cataluña, Palace of Music, Cathedral, several shopping areas..... The apartment has parking space for a large car at a cost of €20 per day. In the area we will find other public car parks. This apartment is located in a private housing estate. The farm has a concierge service from 8h to 13h and from 17h to 19h from Monday to Friday and Saturdays from 8h to 13h. The basic rules of respect, coexistence and noise must be met so as not to disturb or be disturbed, either inside the apartment or in the common areas of the property. For your safety do not overload the elevators. Maximum capacity 4 people or 2 people + 2 suitcases. It is forbidden to invite people to the apartment who have not been previously identified at check-in. The number of occupants must match what was contracted on the AIRBNB reservation. Any variation may incur an additional charge subsequently.

Bohemian Dreams at a Plant-filled Design Loft near the Beach

The loft was here before we moved in. It is one of the oldest buildings in Poblenou. The apartment was transformed into a big open space that includes a kitchen, a dining area, a sofa, a TV, an office space, and the bedroom. The place is in the ground floor, so it is accessible by disabled people and family with a child. We enjoy the afternoon sun and the mornings. We have sun shining into the entrance and the terrace. We've kept a lot of the industrial fittings in the space, and a lot of the furniture we've implemented follows this industrial design. One should not forget that it used to be an industrial space until earlier this year, and it's not a conventional apartment. It's one big open space, and the guest room is separated. Guests will have full access to the apartment. The accommodation includes a big open kitchen, dining area, sofa and TV area, bathroom, bedroom, terrace and plenty of space. We are usually available and love to interact with our guests. However, there are moments in which we are not available to our guests because we have our own plans. We also respect the fact that you may have plans, and don't have time to interact with us. However, we would like to enjoy a meal together at least, either a brunch or an evening snack. Our neighborhood is a vibrant, and up and coming area of Barcelona, it's a maximum 5 minutes walk to the beach, and the yellow Metro line crosses just straight outside the apartment. You need to remember the Selva de Mar stop. Around the block, there are some small restaurants and bars, there is a big supermarket called Mercadona for late night snack shopping (until 9:15 pm) or in Diagonal shopping center (until 10:00 pm). Or if you need to buy red wine for dinner. If you walk another two blocks to the South you'll find the Rambla del Poblenou, that is a pedestrian street and has numerous bars and restaurants of different quality. The Rambla Poblenou is straight all the way from Diagonal to the beach. If you like to eat tapas we can recommend you a restaurant that it is called La Tertulia in La Rambla del Poblenou or the another option is Bitacoras Restaurant near to the Rambla. If you like to eat Mexican food, “Los chilis” in La Rambla del Poblenou is a very good choice. But if you´re vegan or vegetarian, there is a vegan restaurant in front of the apartment, inside the Factory/Garden (Palo Alto) which opens Monday to Saturday. The last recommendation is “El Traspaso” which is in the corner and it is good option for the night:) You can end the night with a good cocktail and a Bloody Mary. The metro yellow line runs opposite to the beach, 5 minutes walk distance and the metro station you should look for is Selva de Mar. One thing to remember is that we are having our business registered in the space, we are freelancers, and work from home, but if someone asks, you are simply friends visiting us. Poblenou is a vibrant, up-and-coming area, with small cafes, art studios, and a pedestrian street with many restaurants and bars. The beach is just five minutes' walk away, and the yellow Metro line crosses right outside the apartment.

This apartment is bright and indeed beautiful and dates back over 100 years boasting high ceilings with wooden beams in the living room and large traditional windows and shutters. There is special attention to detail throughout this apartment, the lighting is carefully worked out and even the light switches are authentic.
