Our cozy Zirbitz hut with sauna and fireplace is located directly on the edge of the forest with magnificent views of the mountains of the Zirbitzkogel-Grebenzen nature park at an altitude of 1050 meters. The hiking trails start right at your doorstep; the snow-guaranteed ski resort of Grebenzen can be reached in a few minutes. On the spacious, partly covered terrace you can hear the sound of the nearby mountain stream, sun worshippers will get their money's worth here

Stylish and comfortably furnished loft in the heart of the old town. Beautiful oak floors and modern underfloor heating ensure a wonderful indoor climate. With a free-standing bathtub and an atmospheric bioethanol stove (in an open fireplace), the apartment offers many opportunities to relax. The maisonette is east and west-facing and offers atmospheric light at any time of the day or night. A swing in the heart of the apartment ensures joy and wellbeing.

Getaway in the mountains Our self-catering mountain hut at 1170 m above sea level is a special place – secluded, quiet and full of history. Built in 1770 and once used as a farm, it still radiates the charm of bygone times. Here you will find real cottage life - crackling wood, a small stable, a wonderful secluded location and nature that invites you to breathe deeply. At the foot of the Grebenze, a place awaits where you can retreat and regain strength.

I am currently renting out a very cozy, well-kept and fully furnished apartment in a small village near the medieval castle town of Friesach in Carinthia, Austria. Vacation home in a secluded location and with a great view

The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.

Luxurious chalet in Murau near Kreischberg ski resort

Our stylish and luxurious alpine chalet is located at 1400 m above sea level. Enjoy the 80 m² terrace with panoramic sauna and jacuzzi. The secluded location makes our chalet with a bottle of wine from the in-house wine cellar something very special. In winter, the Kreischberg, Grebenzen and Lachtal areas invite you to ski. In summer, hikes and a visit to the district capital of Murau are recommended.

You are undisturbed in the spacious garden part or with a cozy get-together in the beautiful garden pavilion. From the front door you can hike the Grebenzen Nature Park. Well-maintained hiking trails and best air values are available on site.
