"Mozzio antica" vacation home and garden Ossola

"Mozzio Antica" is an ancient residence located in the historic center of the small hamlet. Mozzio di Crodo (VB), in the mountains of the Antigorio Valley, at an altitude of 820 meters above sea level. In 2015 it was renovated with the utmost care and attention and in accordance with the local architecture, giving it delicate tones and precious details. It is a detached mountain house with an exclusive garden from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the valley, equipped with all the comforts for a pleasant stay.

The accommodation consists of a large and cozy independent studio, an open space of about 30 sqm just renovated, with a view of the garden. It is located in the small village of Creggio, at the foot of the medieval tower of the same name and the municipality of Trontano, in a strategic position, close to the entrance of the Vigezzo Valley and just a 5-minute drive from the center of Domodossola.

The house has many windows and sun in charming position above the village of Maggia overlooking the waterfall of the Valle del Salto, nestled in a tropical garden, fully fenced and with a small swimming pool. Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. The town of Montescheno offers the charm of the mountains (700 meters), an enviable sunny position and at the same time the proximity to the city of Domodossola (12km) and the alpine lakes. Villa Alba presents itself with spacious and bright rooms, a panoramic view of the mountains and at the same time the relaxation of a Finnish sauna and jacuzzi. The outdoor spaces are very pleasant and usable: veranda with sofa and armchairs, balcony, garden, pergola with table and benches.
