Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Graft-De Rijp

We loved our stay at Mabel’s cottage while we visited the Netherlands to celebrate my bachelorette! The house has a good mix of seclusion and convenience: there aren’t many neighbors nearby, which offers a good amount of privacy. It is also conveniently located right across the street from the train station - which is two stops (~15 minutes) to Amsterdam Central Station. If you wish to visit a different city other than Amsterdam on your stay, Haarlem was ~20 minutes and is another very cute and quaint city. The home was decorated beautifully and was maintained very well. Nonetheless, Mabel made us all feel right at home and was quick to respond whenever we had a question. I would highly recommend staying here - thank you again Mabel for hosting us!!

Beautiful family home and welcoming hosts-highly recommend for families! Hosts were so helpful in recommending nearby restaurants, offering tips for the transit system etc. I wish we had spent more time enjoying their home during this trip to visit Amsterdam as the home is a gem-the outdoor spaces are lovely. The movie projector screen and large collection of movies was so fun to use. The home is in an ideal location to use as a home base to access nearby Amsterdam or the even closer and very charming town of Zaanse Schans.

Jan and Inga's place was a great place to stay. it was clean and comfortable. The shower was great! It was also within easy walking distance to the center of town. Jan recommended the Restaurant de Hoofdtoren to us for dinner and it was fantastic. We went every night! Hoorn is such a cute town to stay in also. I would recommend this Airbnb.

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful and traditional home. The surroundings were peaceful, and the house had a very local charm — a great way to experience the culture. The host was very friendly and warmly welcomed us, giving us a helpful introduction to the place. The living room and kitchen were quite dim, and we suggest adding more lighting. The dining table was high, and although there were five beds for our group of five, there were only four chairs, with no other suitable ones to replace the missing seat. The guest rooms and bathroom are located upstairs, but the staircase is very steep and narrow, which may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. The shower drained slowly, and due to a low step, water easily overflowed onto the floor. The toilet area was also a bit dark. These were just small issues and didn’t affect our overall mood. We were still very happy with our stay and appreciated the unique atmosphere.

We enjoyed our stay at Brenda and Michael’s super clean, spacious, well appointed home. It was full of light and the eclectic decor really added to the experience. The location was ideal, just 2 train stops from Centraal with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance of the house. Communication couldn’t have been better. We had a issue with the coffee machine and Michael stopped by the same day to fix it. We would highly recommend this Airbnb.

Haico’s place was amazing! It was so beautiful and private! Felt like we were in a fairy tale! Haico and his family were so friendly and helpful! The Airbnb is right a bus stop which takes you in and out of the city! Will definitely be back! 🥰

We (5 friends+1 dog) had very nice days in the accommodation. Great quiet rural location - surrounded by nature. Nevertheless, the way to Amsterdam is quick and uncomplicated (small tip: there is a ferry). Victor and his wife are very friendly and uncomplicated. So if you need some peace and quiet but still want to be in the city or do other activities quickly, this is the place for you. Edam and Volendam are also highly recommended. A day trip to the North Sea is also worthwhile ;-) We will be happy to come back.

The most perfect little house in Maarssen! Located about 20 minutes via bus/train from Utrecht and 30 minutes from Amsterdam, this gorgeous abode was a piece of heaven after a day of exploring! Upon arrival I was greeted by a few friendly chickens wandering the property and Ewoud, who made me feel right at home with not only great recommendations for Maarssen but helpful incite for bus information/apps and bike rentals. The house itself is so picture perfect cute! Comfy beds, relaxing bathtub, washer/dryer and a lovely outdoor space fitted with patio furniture. Keep in mind the stairs inside are rather steep and spiraling - but I found that it only added to its charm and felt like the bougie treehouse of my childhood dreams (lol). Got a chance to chat with Catelijne and Ewoud a bit on the eve of my departure and they are such wonderful hosts - would 100% recommend and would love to return!

Great location! Spotless and tastefully decorated. Not a standard Ikea stuff but a solid colorful interior. And equipped with all comforts for 2 people. Quiet and the center of Bergen is close by. Please note that if you bring bicycles or racing bikes, there is no storage, because you will not put them in the cottage. No owner would like that. I was able to store the racing bike at a bicycle rental shop nearby. Bergen is touristy but not too touristy. Excellent restaurants and the beach of Bergen aan Zee is well organized and clean. We will definitely come back!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment in Edam. Angelique and Michel were extremely friendly and explained everything great at check-in (in very good English). The apartment is beautiful, cozy and was very clean. The bed - and especially the couch and the chaise longue - are very comfortable. The amenities are also great, you have everything you need. We fell in love with Edam and would like to come back. And then also gladly use this airbnb again. :)

good communication with Reinie from the start. Guest house even more beautiful than the photos show. Very warm welcome and upon arrival there was a surprising treat ready. I had a few nice days and immediately booked for next year.

We enjoyed our stay so much! The cottage is equipped with every comfort and feels very luxurious. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped – we enjoyed cooking there. The shower and the whole house are also comfortable and spacious. The view of the greenery was really fantastic. You'll relax right away. Every morning and often in the evening, we took a walk through the beautiful forest with special birds and deer. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Always up for a chat and we thought it was very cozy. If we liked something, we spontaneously got to taste something, so sweet and thoughtful! In short: this is an absolute must, whether you want to stay a few days or longer. We'd love to come back here again.

The place is amazing. Quaint , bright and very well thought out. The surrounding gardens are impeccable, the decor is warm and inviting and you feel immediately at home. Are hosts were lovely. Ever present, warm and inviting while respecting privacy and always ready with a smile. Set just a 5 mins walk from the train station you truly can’t beat the location as access to the beach, Amsterdam or all points is literally at your disposal. Uber was also easily accessible. I only hope on our next visit, it’s not so booked we can’t get in. It’s a must stay.

As before, the Wokke Apartment was super cool! It was also a very cozy stay this time. By bike, the train station is about 10 minutes away and from there you can easily get to many larger tourist areas (about 30-40 minutes to Amsterdam). I can only recommend the apartment, thank you!

We found the accommodation in an optimal condition for our short break. Everything you needed, from kitchen utensils to bath towels, was available in generous numbers. The equipment is modern and leaves nothing to be desired. Above all, the view directly onto the sea and the large balcony contribute greatly to relaxation. We were thrilled by the magnificent sunsets every day. Imco, as the host, was always available to us and the check-in and check-out worked very well. We would come back back.

Beautiful apartment located on a canal and very close to the city center.

Our stay at Monica and Pasqual’s was excellent. The home is exactly what is depicted in the photos. Monica and Pasqual’s communication with us was excellent and when we asked about our bicycles they provided us with a solid lock so we could safely leave them in the front yard. The huge bedroom windows overlook an intersection and I loved sitting in bed with the morning sun streaming in, enjoying my early morning coffee while watching the local people go about life. The location was perfect for us to walk from the train/bus station or cycle to family and friends.

Charlotte is a courteous and helpful hostess. If we had any questions, she was always very easy to reach. Her apartment was great for our short stay and we were able to explore Utrecht comfortably via rental bike. The accommodation was very clean and we also enjoyed the view from the terrace. And even if the spiral staircases were a daily challenge despite the existing handrails, we would definitely ask her again in the future.

Wonderful space! Beautiful interior, very well equipped for everything you might need over a long weekend stay. Marina was lovely, very helpful and communicative. The bed was extremely comfortable, location excellent, every part of the space is well thought out and would highly recommend it to anyone!

We had a wonderful stay! It’s in a great location near so many food places and great stores. Everything is pretty walkable which made it nicer for our stay. I would stay here again !

This place was wonderful! It was just as described. We enjoyed listening to the birds (wild parakeets and others) as we sat on the balcony in the mornings. The stairs are steep and narrow but that is just part of being in Amsterdam. One thing to note, there are 2 showers, 2 sinks, but only 1 toilet. It didn’t cause any problem for me, but those staying in the first floor bedroom will have to climb up stairs in the middle of the night. Overall, I highly recommend!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Mel & Henri’s place! From the moment we arrived, they were so warm and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and full of charm—it truly felt like a home away from home. Every little detail was thoughtfully arranged, and their hospitality made all the difference. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
