Our stay at David's apartment in Gran Alacant was pleasant all around. The property is very well maintained, thoughtfully furnished and offers a wonderful sea view. There was really nothing missing. Particularly nice was the outdoor area with a grill, for which even firewood was provided – perfect for cozy evenings. David is an excellent host. He personally welcomed us and was always available for questions and tips without being intrusive. You immediately felt comfortable and in good hands. The location is ideal – quiet, yet well connected. Santa Pola can be reached in about 15 minutes by bus and Alicante in about 35 minutes, so that excursions can also be easily undertaken. We enjoyed the time very much and can fully recommend the place. Thank you, David!

It is a beautiful house, fully equipped, clean, highly recommened for families with kids, very comfortable beds, nice sea view from the terrace, very close to the beach (1 minute walk with kids), with beautiful luxury decored bathrooms, which are stocked with shampoo/conditioner/shower gel. The kitchen island was the absolute highlight though. We simply loved it to spend time around it! Nevertheless was the host, Isco. I have never met such a helpful, easy going, friendly host before! We received a welcome food board, gifts for our girls, specials for Easter. Highly responsive, after our requests he always reacted immediately. We were treated like kings. An absolute perfect host!

Our stay was great and everything was comfortable from the hosts. Quiet area for rest,but with all kinds of shops nearby. The house is nice and cozy and very clean. Caterina and César have been friendly and attentive at all times, in addition to facilitating our arrival before the scheduled time. Welcome detail after the long trip and all necessities. It is an area that we visit more than once a year and we will certainly return. Thank you!!!

This is the second time we have stayed in this house and everything has been easy and simple again, the house is just what we need and we are very comfortable, we hope to keep repeating!

Great apartment, not much surrounding, but we were happy using the pool and the hot tub to fill our days.

Absolutely loved this apartment. Chose to stay here after a wedding in Altea and travelling with 2 under 2 we didn’t want to venture much further, just wanted somewhere nice and by the beach. Chose the stay basically based on this apartment that looked lovely. Josep was very accommodating with a high chair and cot (we brought a cot ourselves for our 2nd). This apartment block looked the nicest we saw along the beach front and the apartment itself one of the best with a huge terrace and a second balcony. The terrace really fantastic. Right by the beach. New and modern. Clean and provided basic amenities - body wash, hand soap, cleaning products, a welcome basket which is always nice. David - Josep’s friend had to let us in as he explained key boxes are not actually legal anymore. He was very thorough showing us the apartment for a few mins and also allowed us early checkin which we appreciated so much with our 2 babies. We loved it - thank you!

Roberto was an incredible host, especially for our first time using airbnb! Very responsive to messages with my many questions and when we struggled to unlock the apartment doors, himself and Analia (key holder) were incredibly helpful! Apartment/pool were exactly like the photos, plenty of storage, clean, fresh and beautifully smelling linen/bed sheets and incredible sea views! Roberto was extremely accommodating when we asked for an earlier check in and later check out due to our flight times, we were so grateful for his hospitality as it made our stay go that much more seamlessly! We found the area to be very local/residential so not loads to do, but we were only a short bus/taxi journey into places like Alicante and Santa Pola where we visited the Island of Tabarka, which was beautiful! Enough restaurants to visit for the duration of our stay :) Thank you Roberto for making our holiday feel like visiting a second home! Perfect 60th birthday celebrations for my Mum complete

Everything was good. Nice and clean townhouse. It has no noise insulation but as we understood that is common issue of Spanish apartments, townhouses. Mike is responsive and helpful.

Great stay. Lovely hosts Wiola and Paweł are very helpful with everything. Beautiful apartment, 100% cleanliness, equipped with the smallest details. In fact, it looks better than in the photos. Beautiful views from the huge terrace: the sea and the mountains. To the center of Alicante about 15min taxi or 20min by city bus. Stop near the apartment. To the sea from the apartment about 15min walk. Overgrown pool a little higher up the apartment. What more to write, you just need to see. We four friends from Poland will definitely be back. Nice apartments with spectacular views of the Mediterranean! Manu is an attentive and generous host. We were met with fruits and drinks on arrival and the apartment was clean and equipped with everything you need for a perfect holiday. Highly recommended!

After visiting the main cities in Spain, I wondered what else could still amaze me and then I discovered Alicante. I truly enjoyed this beautiful town, especially watching the sunrise each morning from our window and feeling the sea breeze from the lovely apartment we rented during our vacation. I was very impressed with how clearly the host communicated all the instructions and how quickly she responded to any questions we had. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the bed sheets were pristine. The location is perfect—right across from the beach, close to a variety of restaurants, and within walking distance of the tram station. If you enjoy volleyball, there’s even a beach volleyball club offering lessons just across from the apartment. Thank you, Natalia Y Maite , for helping us create such wonderful memories!

Great location directly at the Beach, sea view. Great hosts with quick respond times Also great to have 3 separate bedrooms of you are travelling with a bigger group. Big plus are the (beach) accessories that are available (umbrella, trolley, bodyboards, bikes, scooters, balls) and free of charge.

Although we had to wait 45 minutes to enter the apartment because we were left the wrong keys, Marina was a very good host and treated us super well. He gave us many recommendations about Santa Pola (restaurants, boat rental) and he was aware that we were comfortable and enjoying. The apartment itself is nice and just like the photos, with a great view of the sea. We recommend it.

Great stay, helpful host. Complex has a good pool and apartment was what we needed. Bottled water and fruit provided on arrival, host met us at the apartment making arrival easy. Will visit again

Wow, what pleasant stay we had. This apartament is exactly like the pictures, even better because you can hear the waves from the bedroom which contributes to the whole relaxed environment. Gonzalo and his family were very responsive, Jose provided very useful tips for visiting Villajoyosa. We were a family of 4 traveling with 2 kids and we felt like home in this apartment. I would book it again in a heartbit. Thanks Gonzalo and family for your hospitality!
