We have 2 chalets so if your dates aren’t available please check the other chalet’s calendar. Within the majestic UNESCO Geopark Massif des Bauges and between the historic spa towns of Annecy, Aix-les-bains and Chambery. A 2 bedroom cottage with private SPA, fully enclosed private garden with direct mountain access from a tranquil, traditional Savoyard hamlet. Everything is included (bedding, towels, firewood, unlimited use of the jacuzzi). 10 min drive to Aillon Margeriaz ski resorts.

A traditional Mountain village house full of charm with beautiful features and some beams date back to the original building. The beautiful village of Hautecour is situated above the market town of Moutiers where you will be able to shop for all of your day to day needs, and relax in the cafe's and restaurants . A 15-minute drive will get you to the lift station at Brides Les Bains for access to the fantastic 3 valleys in winter or a chance to relax in the famous spa waters in summer.

The Happiness Barn

Come and discover our Savoyard barn in a very welcoming village with its inn nestled facing south at 1050 m in the Tarentaise Valley, 12 minutes max by car from the large ski area of Valmorel/St Francois de Longchamp, in the heart of the Lauzière mountain range, the wildest in the Tarentaise, ideal for hiking. The village of Bonneval l'Église (73260) is accessible from the road to the Col de la Madeleine made famous by the Tour de France, very quiet since it is a cul-de-sac.

From the large terrace, breathtaking views of the Aravis range and unparalleled light throughout the year. In winter, you are 1 km from the slopes accessible by a free ski shuttle just below the chalet. Spacious outdoor parking accommodates three cars with mandatory snow tires.

Moûtiers is 5 km away for shops, many hiking trails and circuits for mountain biking or e-biking, access to the Trois Vallées resorts is 20 minutes away.
