Private outdoor pool (open mid-May–September), soak in the hot tub year‑round, wander among plum, peach, apple, and cherry trees in the front yard. This adults‑only retreat (18+) is walking distance to Carboy and Maison La Belle Vie wineries and just moments from downtown Palisade, feels like its own secluded resort. With covered garage storage for ATVs/UTVs and secure RV parking.

Spacious 3,650 sqft home to serve as the base camp for your fun filled getaway in GJ! 3 king beds and plenty of space for multiple families. Just over 2 miles to the Lunch Loops trailhead, hiking in the scenic Colorado National Monument, and Redlands Mesa golf course. When you're not out exploring and enjoying all the area has to offer, relax by the heated pool and/or the hot tub. Inside, you'll find 2 living areas, a ping pong and foosball table, board games and books, and plenty of seating.

Bookcliff Ranch Casita (Little House)

The Bookcliff Ranch Casita is on a secluded, "end of the road" 110 acre ranch a short 5 mile drive from the quaint, friendly, always active town of Fruita - a mountain biker's paradise with 100s of miles of biking & hiking trails. The Casita is close to the North Fruita Desert Trail Head's biking, hiking, horse, & OHV trails. The casita includes access to our pool. We are pet friendly with a one time $40 pet fee per stay. Trailer parking and options for horse boarding are also available.

Monument Log Cabin

The Monument log cabin provides a living room complete with couch, smart TV and dining table. There are twin bunk beds down the hall and a private restroom with shower. The bedroom has a queen bed, dresser and smart tv. There is a queen mattress up in the loft, which has a 4' ceiling and landing area. The full kitchen is complete with fridge, microwave, stove top with oven, coffee maker and cookware and dishes for six. A great place for creating wonderful memories with family and friends!

After a day of exciting Colorado adventures, come home to Blue Skies Casita, a modern, luxury escape nestled in the Palisade Legends community! With two bedrooms, two baths, a bright open kitchen-living area, and private courtyard, this home is perfect for your family or small group of friends to relax and soak in the blue Colorado skies! Up to 2 dogs welcome for an additional $40/night pet fee plus tax. Dogs must be kenneled if left alone in the unit. Pool is open May to mid-September.

The Grant House

Private getaway for the entire family! Pool, sauna, movie room, gated entry, 9+ acres, 4 bedrooms plus an office with Murphy bed. Huge patio that overlooks the pool. This home really has everything you need for an amazing vacation! Pool is closed Nov- March of each year. If you would like the pool heated, there will be an extra charge of $150. A private entrance leads you to this two bedroom, one bathroom apartment that has a lot of windows and natural light. The master bedroom features a king size bed while the spare bedroom has trundle twin size beds, workspace, and a cozy leather chair. The full kitchen is well stocked with cooking staples as well as a Keurig Duo Coffee Maker, Instant Pot and Air Fryer.
