Occasional access is required. Kitchen access for longer stays. Close to Bedfordshire Police HQ, 40 mins walk to Bedford Hospital & a 50 mins walk to the Bedford centre. Good bus routes. Heating is kept at 18 -20° in the day & 15°-16° at night. If you like a hot house please bear this in mind.

Peaceful and quiet but within easy walking distance of a 17th Century pub serving real ales and pub food. The market town of Olney with its restaurants, bars, antique shops and supermarkets is 2 miles away. The annexe is in the garden of a Grade II Listed thatched cottage.

Guest are welcome to use the microwave to heat ready made meals, there is also a toaster, sandwich maker and kettle. Guest are welcome to tea and coffee. There is no washing machine or tumble dryer available for guests to use. Working from home is not permitted
