Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Grand Union Canal

Great experience. I’d actually say it was nicer than the photos and they supplied the nice things - extra towels, tea and coffee, what you needed was there. Very clean and very spacious.

What can I say… quite honestly the most beautiful home we’ve stayed in (and we’ve stayed in many). The house was absolutely stunning with amazing views. The host was very attentive and gave plenty of recommendations. We stayed for New Year’s Eve and saw in 2025 with our family. Our 3 girls loved exploring the garden, toys and a particular shout out for the games room. Had a pleasant surprise when we arrived to see the most gorgeous decking, accompanied by a hot tub and swim spa, a huge hit with the girls. Would definitely recommend. Thank you and happy new year!

We were greeted well upon arrival. They showed and explained everything. We were also lucky to see beautiful peacocks on the territory. The house corresponds to the description and photos. There is a good sauna, a large pool and there is a passage from a small goubina to a large one. The jacuzzi is also large. Everything is clean and neat, we liked it, the child is delighted, we will definitely come again.🙃

Thank you for having us to stay. Hornbeam Cottage is a lovely property in a great location. It comfortably accommodated the three generations of our family. Having a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor was particularly welcome for the grandparents! Everything was great, particularly the hot tub and the garden space as it was a lovely weekend to sit outside. Thanks too for the recommendations for brunches, lunches and dinner 😀 - we enjoyed it all!

This was my second stay at the villa, and once again, it completely exceeded expectations. The villa is absolutely stunning—beautifully designed, incredibly spacious, and the fact that it's an eco-villa makes the experience even more special. Every detail feels thoughtful and high-quality, and the pricing is incredibly fair for what you get. The host was fantastic—responsive, friendly, and always helpful whenever we had questions. The grounds are extensive and perfect for families; our kids loved having so much space to run and explore. The features throughout the villa are gorgeous, and the fireplace made our evenings cozy and memorable. Great accommodation, super clean and spacious, great sunny spot to sit and enjoy outside. Hot tub was great and Celia was very accommodating. Would highly recommend. Great walks nearby and pubs for good food too.

Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful house. It was the perfect place to get ready for our friends wedding that was taking place close by. The hot tub was a great addition and the outside space gave us a great location to have dinner in the first night.

We had a fantastic stay in the cabin with our two children (5 and 1), Stacey and Steve were fantastic hosts, always available to answer our questions and making us feel extremely welcome. We spent most of our time in the farm park which our children absolutely adored and there is easy access on foot from the cabin. The cabin is on a working farm, so reasonable restrictions of course apply on where you can go, but those were all clearly explained on arrival and we were given as much freedom as possible.

Myself and my partner stayed for 2 nights at Alex and Liz’s lovely cabin. We had a wonderful stay and felt very relaxed. The hot tub was a fantastic addition to our stay. The cabin is beautiful and very clean. It’s tucked away next to a beautiful field and we felt very close to nature! We had a very peaceful time and was just what we needed to escape the busy city life! Alex and Liz are amazing hosts. They are very friendly, warm and welcoming. They respected our privacy but were incredibly quick to respond if we had any issues or problems. We couldn’t praise them enough! If you are thinking of staying at their cabin, we would strongly recommend you do! We would definitely love to return in the future!

We loved the location! Stunning views and a gated entrance giving a secure feel. Our cabin was lovely - well equipped with loads of extra goodies which was a lovely touch. Bath towels provided and separate towels for the hot tub. Sadly the hot tub wasn’t working for our visit however we were very quickly told that we could use the hot tub at the main residence, which actually had even better views so that wasn’t a problem and we didn’t feel overlooked or a bother. We loved having all the animals around the farm and grew especially fond of Lenny the cat who spent a lot of time with us. The hosts were incredibly friendly and we were made to feel very welcome. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We had the most wonderful stay at the Mirror Houses in Oxford. From the moment we arrived, everything felt peaceful, welcoming, and beautifully thought-out. The cabin itself is stunning — immaculately clean, stylish, and so cosy, with everything we needed and more. The hot tub was a real highlight, especially in the evenings when we could unwind and take in the surroundings. Lucy was an exceptional host — warm, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful throughout. Travelling with our 9-week-old baby, we were a little nervous, but Lucy went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her kindness and attention to detail genuinely made our stay feel special and memorable. We left feeling relaxed, grateful, and already talking about when we might come back. A perfect little retreat — we couldn’t recommend it more

We loved our stay at this beautiful lodge! The pictures really don’t do it justice, it’s just on the edge of the property so no one is overlooking you and it felt totally secluded and private. We also enjoyed a few good walks and yummy carvery Sunday lunch at the Foxton Locks pub.

Lovely little cabin in an idyllic setting. Loved the copper bath and the green egg for outdoor eating on the terrace. We also visited the wood fired sauna which was lovely!

What can I say apart from FANTASTIC, absolutely loved our stay here and was just perfect for us. The Lodge itself was the best lodge we've ever stayed in. So big, clean and everything you could possibly need was there. The location was perfect, so peaceful and quiet and it helped having brilliant weather when we there - even got sun burnt ! The wildlife is amazing to watch, they never bother you and just get on about their business. We could not have wished for a better stay. Communication with Jemma @ Cambridgeshire Lakes was brilliant always on hand for any queries no matter time of day or night. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning and for longer this time !

It's exactly as the pictures are - lovely and quiet. Will was a really good host, very responsive and was super helpful when setting up the hot tub etc. The Airbnb is really well located for what we wanted, we spent the day at Bletchley Park which was great. If you're staying for more than a couple of nights and have the capacity to I would pack some extra pillows and cushions. The bed is pretty good considering that it's the table too. The perfect place for a short stay away!
