We absolutely loved staying here! The view is impossible to beat. The walk to the water is less than 10 minutes, which makes it the perfect distance for both privacy and access to activities. Be aware that the walk is mostly uphill, and the heat in the middle of summer can be a lot when staying here. Lara did a phenomenal job giving directions and answering questions. Her recommendation book at the apartment was detailed and clearly written with care. We would absolutely recommend this to anyone who asked.

The place itself is very comfortable and had everything you need. The view of lake Como is stunning and location was great. Easy walk to shops, bus and ferry station. Denis is very proactive and helped us with finding another accommodation due a mix up of dates on our behalf. Would highly recommend to stay at this lovely apartment.

Wir waren übers Wochenende in Blevio und somit bei Dana. Das Airbnb war so schön, es war sehr sauber und man hat sich direkt wohlgefühlt. Wir waren mit dem Auto unterwegs und Dana hat uns auch gezeigt wo man öffentlich parken kann. (Begrenzte Parkplätze). Der Whirlpool war auch sehr sauber und man konnte entspannen und die Aussicht genießen. Eine echte Empfehlung!! Danke Dana!

Thank you Nicoletta for our stay in this beautiful, peaceful and totally relaxing apartment. Sitting on the terrace at all times of the day and night with just the sounds of the waves, church bells and occasional boats was unbelievably relaxing. The immediate locality was so friendly - we loved the cafe aurora which had the warmest welcome and lovely home cooked food - also the Giardano a Lago was a lovely place to enjoy a drink with generous portions of food right by the lake- but it was also magical to eat in the apartment sitting on the terrace as the sun went down and the lights across the lake started to twinkle. The C25 bus, which was mostly reliable. made heading along the coast to Como or Agregno (where we had the most fabulous 2 hours on the lake after renting a boat from the company you suggested) so very easy and we were very glad not to have a car. Thank you again for all your suggestions and help and we hope to return before too long - a perfect holday destination.

Chiara est très gentille et arrangeante. Le logement est grand et confortable mais il n'y a pas de WiFi. Il y a de quoi faire le petit déjeuner mais pas de gâteaux fait maison comme dans certains commentaires. Tout est très propre et mignon et il y a des randonnées à faire tout près. c'est un peu lin du centre de Como mais parfait pour être en paix.

Opzione sicuramente consigliatissima per alloggiare qui in zona! Alloggio comodissimo e delizioso, una struttura spaziosa e pulita dove siamo stati accompagnati anche da una vista splendida del panorama. Mara è stata gentilissima nella prenotazione e nel check-in, spiegandoci tutto nel dettaglio e accogliendoci come fossimo parte della sua famiglia, facendoci sentire a casa. Grazie e a presto!

Incredible views. Highly recommend renting a scooter to make commute up and down the hill much easier. 10/10 would stay here again.

The apartment is in a wonderful location, close to everything, within minutes of walking to restaurants, boats, shopping, etc. It was easy to find, quiet, very clean, beautifully renovated and as described. I highly recommend this property. The only problem was Wi-Fi connection. It wasn’t available for most of our stay. Cristina was responsive, and did try to take care of the problem. Unfortunately, it was fixed the day before we were scheduled to leave.

Best Airbnb we have stayed at. Very clean, very quiet, one block away from main area of restaurants and shops. Also very close to grocery store. Loved all the amenities, it was very well equipped. Modern furniture and decor. It was a perfect stay and we appreciate when the description matches expectations. Thank you for our lovely stay.

Giovanni's apartment was all you could want from an air b&b. Excellent position, described and presented exactly as seen on the site. With a well equipped kitchen, which was spotlessly clean, as was the bathroom. The outside terrace is a great extra space, lovely to sit and enjoy a drink at anytime of the day. Giovanni is an excellent host and goes out of his way to help his guests enjoy the apartment and Como. His is very responsive and nothing is too much trouble. He clearly takes pride in his property and looking after his guests. Thank you Gio. Como itself is bellissima. We hope to go back someday.

wow, what an amazing stay. We only took public transpo and it worked perfectly to have the monti stop 5 minutes away, and the city center less than 10 minutes walking. The air conditioning was cold, the bed was comfortable, and the unit was stocked with everything we could've needed and more. We loved the inclusion of the bikes too!! The host was friendly and descriptive of how to enter and prompt with any issues. I will be staying here the next time I come to como for sure!

My son and I stayed here, and it was fabulous!! The interiors are well done, nicely furnished, and very comfortable! All top notch. We walked to everything we needed. There’s some slight lake views from a few of the windows. Quiet & private. Highly recommend (just not to anyone who needs an elevator.) But it was perfect for us!

Ce séjour en famille s’est extrêmement bien passé ; nous nous sommes régalés dans le logement de Luca qui correspondait parfaitement à la description. L’atout charme : le spa et le jacuzzi avec une vue imprenable sur le lac 😍 Un grand merci aux co-hôtes Andrea et Carla pour leur gentillesse et leur réactivité dans les échanges avant, pendant et après notre séjour. Smještaj je bio jako ugodan, čist i predivno rustikalno uređen. Kuća se nalazi na mirnoj lokaciji s divnim pogledom na jezero, a upute koje smo dobili su nam omogućile da dođemo do nje bez problema. Također, u smještaju su nas dočekala svježa jaja, sok, slatkiši, pjenušac i drugi pokloni, što je vrlo lijepo i pohvalno. Svaka preporuka za ovaj smještaj ako želite miran i ugodan odmor, mi smo se osjećali kao kod kuće.
