South-facing apartment in the city center facing the Granville fishing port, exceptional view, on the 2nd floor without elevator access. Very clear, this apartment has 4 windows on the harbour which gives the impression of a living painting wherever you are. The large central room is separable by sliding door which allows to create a night space in addition to the independent bedroom of the kitchen/dining room. We have completely renovated this apartment.

Bright studio apartment on the 3rd floor of a small peaceful building with stunning views of the port of Granville. Free parking in front of the building. Restaurants nearby. The city center with all the shops is 300 m walk and the beach is 8 minutes as well as the thalassotherapy center. Granville train station is a 15-minute walk away but you can take the free Neva bus lines. Mont Saint Michel is 46 km by car (also accessible by Nomad bus line 308)
