The 55 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Next little lake for a swim is found in 10km and Chiemsee beach in a 20min drive. Ideal for relxed winter sport activities. Ski lifts, ice skating at Ruhpolding, Inzell, Berchtesgaden , Reit im Winkel and more are found in 6-35km. In spring, summer and autumn You can enjoy hiking at its best.

You can feel at home in our house due to its central location and yet quiet location. From the house you can go on countless hiking and cycling excursions. In only 15 minutes on foot you can reach the Höglwörth lake and the former Augustinian canons' monastery via a small hill. In just a few minutes' walk you can reach the village square in Anger with shopping facilities and gastronomy. And enjoy the peace and quiet and the view of the Berchtesgaden mountains.
