The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

In nur 5 Gehminuten erreicht man das Chiemsee Strandbad. Vor der Haustüre befinden sich sehr gut ausgebaute Rad- und Wanderwege in die Felder und Moore. The apartment was named after the first name of the deceased grandmother "Lenei" as a sign of appreciation. Grandma's favorite pieces meet modern chalet style and thus provide a place of coziness. Welcome to our 73 sqm, cozy apartment with a south-east balcony in the Chiemgau! It is located in Niedernfels, a quiet district of Marquartstein. It is about 1.5 km to the town center, 3 km to the small swimming lake near Grassau and around 15 km to Lake Chiemsee. Numerous hiking trails start directly behind the house. The Chiemgau is also a paradise for cycling tours. Families are attracted to the nearby fairy tale park for a visit.

Our apartment in the attic with two balconies gives you the opportunity to look into the mountains or towards the sunset. The sloping ceilings give the apartment a, as we put it, 'griabi' charm, but still watch your head ;) Since the apartment is located in the attic, climbing stairs over 3 floors is required.

The house on Salinenweg is located in the middle of the center of Grassau in a totally quiet location in the middle of an old overgrown garden. This is available to the tenants. The house is a listed building and has been completely renovated.
