Apartment holiday rentals in Grasse

Benedicte and Xavier are awesome and friendly hosts. They made sure that our stay will be perfect. They communicated with us a lot and responded quickly. We also got great recomendations on the local restaurants and shops. The apartment is cozy and you just have to open the window to feel the vibe of the French Riviera. When we were there the tree in front was big, but it gave us a more private feeling and we could still see the sea next to it, couldn't have been better! When you close everything it's perfectly soundproofed so you can sleep unbothered. It's also have everything you need even for a longer stay. The bathroom isn't that spacious, but it's enough for two, modern and clean. The location is awesome, 5 mins from the train station, 2 mins from the beautiful sandy beach, restaurants just outside the door. It was our first airbnb experience and Benedicte and Xavier made sure that it will be unforgettable! I highly reccomend them if you want a taste of the French Riviera!

Logement très propre dans un environnement agréable. Terrasse et balcons avec belle vue sur la végétation environnante. Possibilité de rayonner facilement de Nice à Antibes sur la côte mais aussi de facilement accéder à l arrière pays (Grasse, gorges du Loup, pré Alpes…). Notre hôte a été de bon conseil sur les visites à opérer à proximité.

Comment vous dire….Gros coup de cœur que ce soit pour le logement que pour l’hôte. Raja est très chaleureuse, super reactive et au petit soin. Je recommande les yeux fermés ! Logement super bien placé proche de Cannes, Nice, Grasse et pleins d’autres endroits à visiter. Nous avons manqué de rien tout était PARFAIT !

Dominique und seine Frau waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Meine Scheibe wurde in Nizza eingeschlagen und Dominique und seine Frau haben uns geholfen die Scheibe vorübergehend mit Pappe und einer Mülltüte abzudecken. Sie haben sogar noch probiert mir eine neue Scheibe zu besorgen, leider erfolglos, da sie bestellt werden müsste und das von der Zeit nicht mehr geklappt hätte. Da wir 10 Tage in der Unterkunft waren, hatte uns seine Frau sogar angeboten unsere Wäsche zu waschen. Die Unterkunft war wirklich schön und hatte alles was man braucht. Der Pool und die Aussicht waren wunderschön. Wenn wir nochmal runter fahren würden, würden wir die Unterkunft aufjedenfall nochmal nehmen. Vielen Dank nochmal an die beiden

We spent a wonderful month at Isabelle’s place. She was so friendly and helpful and it was a pleasure to meet her. She felt like an old friend by the end of the month. Her apartment was very clean and comfortable, bright, airy, cool with great breezes, very well equipped, beautifully decorated and obviously well-loved and cared for. Isabelle was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. She was there to meet us and say goodbye. The apartment was close to restaurants, shops and transport. We will definitely stay there again when we come back next year to see our daughter. I highly recommend this apartment.

Es ist, als würde man nach Hause kommen. Die Wohnung hat uns sehr zugesagt und war bisher die beste, die wir je hatten. Sie war modern, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, egal ob in der Küche oder im Bad. Besonders waren die vielen Küchenutensilien, die Terrasse, die Klimaanlage, der geschlossene Parkplatz und die Einrichtung. Wir waren insgesamt zehn Tage dort. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen für Ausflüge an der gesamten Côte d‘Azur. Egal ob Grasse und Cannes, die um die Ecke sind, oder Antibes, Nizza, Eze, Menton, Monaco und vieles mehr. Diese sind maximal 1:15 Stunden Autofahrt entfernt. Aber auch an der schönen Terrasse lässt es sich gut gehen. Uns wurde auch immer sehr schnell geholfen. Kane und Brigitte sind sehr nett und zuverlässig. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit bei Ihnen und an der Côte d‘Azur. Vielen Dank.

Lovely apartment looking out over the trees and forest. Great terass that we used a lot. Apartment had everything we needed and it was well equipped. Easy instructions for the check in. The approach to the property is a bit difficult from the time but well worth it when you get there. Very quiet and nice neighbourhood. Thank you Christine 🙏

Absolutely perfect stay! The place was spotless and beautifully maintained. The location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to amazing restaurants, shops, and the beach. The view from the balcony was stunning, the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The amenities were top-notch, and everything exceeded expectations. Brian was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Rymligt boende som var rent och fint. Perfekt med parkeringen utanför. Kan varmt rekommenderas!

Really nice place if you like it calm. If you come without a car, bike rental is something to consider. I very much enjoyed the garden, Pierre and his colleague were always supportive and approachable.

Konum olarak mükemmel. Her yere yürüyüş mesafesi olması, etrafında birçok restaurant ve barların olması büyük avantaj. Ev yeni dekore edilmiş ve çok temiz. Balkonunda oturmak çok keyifli. Evde ana banyo ve tuvaletin yanı sıra Ebeveyn odasında da tuvalet ve banyo olması çok rahatlatıcı. Salon ve mutfak tüm imkanları sunuyor. Tekrar Cannes seyahatimde mümkünse tekrar kalmak isterim. Bu imkanları sunduğu için Judy ye çok teşekkür ederim

Die Wohnung ist super gemütlich und uns hat die Ausstattung begeistert. Alles, was man zum Kochen braucht, war da. Aber auch Schuhanzieher oder Wäscheständer. Wer mit dem Auto anreist, muss eventuell ein paar Meter weiter fahren und sich mit der App vertraut machen und dann leider alle 2 Stunden die Parkgebühr zahlen; zumindest wir haben im Gratis-Bereich keinen Parkplatz gefunden. Jordi hat uns alles gut erklärt.

Les pour : Appartement extrêmement bien situé pour visiter la région, à proximité des transports (notamment par bateau) et de commerces de première nécessité (Auchan/Super U, pharmacie, etc.). Très bien décoré et organisé, bien qu’un peu petit. Idéal pour couple ou personne seule. Accès hyper facile à la plage ainsi qu’à une piscine dans le complexe, qui est très bien. Les contre : Si vous souhaitez cuisiner, il y a toutefois peu d’espace pour entreposer la nourriture dans la cuisine. Également, un peu déçue d’avoir payé un supplément pour le linge de maison, mais de n’avoir eu que le strict minimum (un seul linge pour la vaisselle pour plusieurs jours, aucune serviette à mains, etc.) Somme toute un super séjour, nous recommandons vivement!

Petit studio très bien situé, calme, avec une belle vue dégagée et arborée, très proche de la Croisette. Résidence agréable. Dominique est un très bon hôte pour la communication, l'accueil et la réactivité.

John's apartment was the perfect base for a week in the riviera with a young child. We ate breakfast and dinner on the terrace each day, taking advantage of the beautiful view, and finished most days with a dip in the pool. The bus stop outside was ideal for trips to Villefranche, Cap Ferrat, Beaulieu and Monaco, while a short walk past the port took us to the train station for Antibes and Cannes. The apartment was well-appointed, and John was very helpful in coordinating retrieval of a toy our son had dropped onto the balcony below. Alex, the agent, was also on hand to provide local travel advice. One of the best Airbnbs we've stayed in - thanks!

Odilie er veldig vennlig og hjelpsom, vi kom litt før tiden og fikk sette fra oss kofferten og skifte og mottok nøklene før tiden :) Takk , vi kommer gjerne tilbake:)

Sophie & Clément are great hosts. They allowed us to extend our trip longer than anticipated. Their apartment is lovely.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is beautifully designe, maintained and comfortable. TV in both lounge and bedroom. A small kitchen has all you need for preparing meals. Quadruple glazing cuts out traffic noise from the promenade traffic. The view of the sea is stunning with lots of interest from boats of all descriptions from fishing boats to super-yachts. The promenade is used by cyclists, runners, in-line skaters and is also great for walking. We visited the very interesting and beautiful Renoir house, a museum within walking distance from the apartment. Nice, Monaco, Antibes and Cannes are all within easy reach by rail, which we found to be the best transport. Buses stop outside the flat, especially the 41 which takes you into the centre of town where there are frequent street markets and a covered market selliing fresh fish meat and veg. Numerous restaurants, french, italian, asian are all within easy walking distance. Highly recommended. Peter and Elizabeth Bryant

Me and my partner thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Cagnes-sur-Mer and would certainly recommend this apartment to others. The check-in when we arrived was helped by Michael, who waited to meet with us after our evening flight to show us the facilities of the accommodation. This made it a lot easier for us. The apartment itself was in a fantastic location and it is in a quiet neighbourhood. The swimming pool was a nice addition and we took full advantage of it during the nice weather! The room was clean, the kitchen facilities were really handy and the balcony was a lovely space to relax in. The TV and WiFi were also very reliable. Despite the bed being comfortable, it did make a squeaking noise whenever we moved in it. Also, the curtains still allowed the light to enter the room after sunrise - so I would suggest bringing an eye mask if you think this would be an issue for you. Overall, we were more than happy with our stay and would highly recommend to friends and family.

We thought it might be difficult to find or too far away from town, but Matthieu's instructions were very good and the location very peaceful and not far at all from amenities or town. Because of the location we accidentally found Port Cogolin and it's Sunday market when we thought we were just grabbing brunch at Brunchini- which was delicious and highly recommended! Port Cogolin looks like a mini Venice and is the best kept secret of the area! Also visited nearby wineries (10 minutes by car). Also found a fabulous grocery store very close by and Paul patisserie. Don't miss apero time at the port, it's a fun atmosphere. Matthieu's place is beautifully decorated and very thoughtfully planned for every comfort and convenience from the lighting to the closet storage. The outdoor space is quiet and comfortable with a great view! Highly recommend staying here

Eine phantastische Ferienwohnung. Ideal um die Côte d'Azur und die Provence von einem ruhigen, festen Standort aus zu erkunden. Vence ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Der Ausblick ist wunderbar. In der Wohnung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Sehr schön auch der Pétanqueplatz und der Schwimmingpool.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche bei Marie-Jo in ihrer Wohnung in Antibes. Alles was das Herz begehrt ist vorhanden, es fehlt an nichts! Von Kaffeemaschine, Handtücher, Flaschenöffner, Bügelbrett bis Waschmaschine und eine mehr als gut ausgestattete Küche. Der Balkon ist unser Highlight gewesen, der Ausblick reicht bis nach Nizza und weiter bis zu den Alpen - jedes magisch!! Die Wohnung ist 45-55 min zu Fuß bis in die Stadt. Man muss etwas laufen. Es gibt aber auch Fahrräder die man in der Stadt für 10€ den Tag leihen kann, denn Fahrradwege gibt es mehr als genug. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! :)
