Holiday rentals with beach access in Grau i Platja

Todo muy limpio y ordenado. El apartamento es tal y como se ve en las fotos. Esta a dos minutos andando de la playa y tiene aparcamiento justo debajo. Lo único que eche en falta es una tostadora para poder tostar el pan del desayuno, pero nos apañamos usando el horno

Отличные каникулы получились в отличной квартире. Квартира расположена просто идеально. С одной стороны, Вы можете прямо в плавательном костюме без верхней одежды дойти до моря. С другой, в двух шагах находится Супермаркет, который работает до позднего вечера. Квартира отличается хорошей планировкой и качественным ремонтом. Гигантскими плюсами являются наличие посудомоечной машины и кондиционеров в каждой комнате, а также большой террасы. Совсем нет ненужных и лишних вещей. Carlos очень отзывчивый и коммуникабельный хозяин, который действительно стремится помочь Вам. При бронировании меня смущал первый этаж: но нет никакого лишнего шума. В целом интерьер выглядит даже лучше, чем на фотографиях. Для объективности нужно придумать какие-то минусы. Объективных минусов нет. Но лично я не могу привыкнуть к длинным подушкам или традиции спать без одеяла. Но так можно написать про любую квартиру)) Мне немного не хватало каких-то мелочей: доски для нарезки, форм для льда и красивых бокалов))

This was without a doubt the BEST place we’ve ever stayed. It was spotlessly clean and resourced with everything we needed. She had thought of everything!! From before our stay Diana was proactive and helpful ensuring we had everything we needed. We travelled with our 3 young children and having a cot and high chair available made our travelling so much easier. The beach towels, chairs and toys were a huge hit with my children. Check in was so easy. The gardens and pool are just gorgeous. Extremely family friendly, peaceful, SECURE and clearly very well looked after. The beach is 100m away. The cafes, restaurants, ice cream shops were less than a 5 minute walk along the beach. The beach itself was stunning. The views from the HUGE balcony are stunning- beautiful sunrises and amazing evenings. We are going to be returning to Diana’s apartment every year. The secure car parking space and lifts were a bonus! We can’t thank you enough for making our stay so easy and enjoyable.

Wir hatten ein paar fabelhafte Tage und haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell (mit dem Auto) erreichbar und es gibt sogar einige Restaurants in Laufnähe. Absolutes Highlight neben dem Ausblick ist der wunderschöne Sandstrand, den man innerhalb von 2 min über einen Holzweg zu Fuß erreicht. Es geht flach ins Wasser - perfekt mit kleinen Kindern. Wir kommen gerne wieder! :-)

Hemos estado una semana y quiero agradecer a Pau lo agradable que ha sido con nosotros . El apartamento súper cerca de la playa , muy limpio y acogedor , sin duda de 10 !! Repetiremos sin duda y lo recomiendo para todo el que lo lea . Muy bonita experiencia para mi marido , mi suegra y para mi .

Muy buena atención por parte de Mireia, es encantadora, siempre estuvo pendiente de nuestra estancia. Por otro el apartamento es precioso, las fotos muestran tal cual es en persona, limpieza y organización perfectas. Volvería a reservar con Mireia, nos vemos el año que viene.🤓

Apartamento impecable, y con todo lo necesario para estar muy cómodo, sin elementos innecesarios. Muy bien situado y con plaza de aparcamiento.

Ángela nos facilitó todo, la casa increíble, en una ubicación inmejorable con vistas increíbles, todo limpio y completo. Muy recomendable y pensamos repetir! 😃

Das Haus von Antonio ist wirklich wunderschön. Was uns unglaublich gut gefallen hat, ist die sehr gute Ausstattung an Gartenmöbel! Überall war eine Möglichkeit zum sitzen und wenn es unten zu heiß ist, kann man auf der Dachterrasse wo immer eine Luft vom Meer kommt. Weiter war der Grundausstattung mehr als vorhanden. z. B. Küchengeräte und -Gewürze, genügend Handtücher, verschiedene Putzmittel etc. Das einzige was nicht so gut war, war die Reinigung der Toilette und das Geschirr war zum Teil nicht ganz sauber aber das kann passieren und da wir da kein großes Problem daraus machen, war das in Handumdrehen auch wieder geregelt. Wir werden es sicher weiter empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!!!!

Superbe logement très propre et bien décoré, un lit vraiment confortable. Très bien pour profiter de la belle plage, moins bien si on veut visiter la ville car il faut compter 40mn en bus et après 22h30 il reste que le taxi. Dans l'ensemble c'était parfait pour le calme et l'accès direct à la plage. Rosana est très serviable et sympathique. Valencia est splendide !!

Wij hebben onlangs zes heerlijke dagen doorgebracht in een prachtige villa in Cullera, op slechts een half uurtje rijden van Valencia. De villa ligt in een rustige, nette wijk en is ideaal gelegen op loopafstand van het strand. Wat direct opvalt, is dat de woning spiksplinternieuw oogt. Alles is netjes afgewerkt, de kamers zijn schoon en ruim, en het interieur is smaakvol ingericht. Er is meer dan genoeg ruimte voor een gezin, zowel binnen als buiten. Vooral het ruime terras nodigt uit om lekker buiten te eten en te genieten van het Spaanse zonnetje. Een van de grote pluspunten was het prachtige privézwembad, waar onze kinderen werkelijk niet uit weg te slaan waren. Ook praktisch: je kunt de auto gewoon op de oprit parkeren, wat fijn is in deze buurt. Cullera zelf heeft ook genoeg te bieden. Het strand is heerlijk breed en schoon, en een bezoek aan het kasteel is zeker de moeite waard. Kortom: een heerlijke plek waar we ons direct thuis voelden en vlakbij Valencia!

Casa Malou is an absolutely outstanding find, a real gem! It is equipped with everything you could want for a beautiful and relaxing time! The kitchen it fully stocked, and the pool amenities are fantastic. The beds are very comfortable, the aircon is a great addition, and the place is very tastefully decorated. The location is great too, a very quick drive to multiple beaches and shops. The host was also really great and allowed us to check in very late at night and to check out quite late in the day, meaning we could enjoy an extra day in this slice of paradise. Highly recommend! Don’t hesitate, just book!

We had the most fantastic 4-night stay at Manol’s beautiful retreat. It truly felt like a hidden gem—peaceful and private, yet just a short drive to explore nearby towns and beaches. Manol was the perfect host, always ready with excellent recommendations—from scenic hikes to the stunning coves at Cala Moraig and Cala Llebeig, to incredible running trails around Xàbia, Moraira, and Les Bassetes. The facilities were top-notch, and we made the most of the outdoor space by BBQing amazing local meat and fish every evening. With a great walkable supermarket nearby and everything you need at your fingertips, this place is the ultimate couples’ reset and detox destination. We left feeling completely recharged—and we absolutely can’t wait to return!

Las valoraciones hablan por sí solas. Nuestra estancia en el apartamento de Javi no ha podido ser mejor, tal y como se describe. Zona muy tranquila. Todo el apartamento impecable, con TODO lo necesario. Destacar también la atención de Javi que ha sido de 10, todo muy bien explicado y atento por que estuviéramos bien. Nos recomendó muchas zonas de ocio de alrededor y restaurantes, nos dio mucha facilidad con las indicaciones para llegar y entrar al apartamento. Ojalá podamos repetir, muchas gracias por todo.

Estancia en el alojamiento excelente y en primera línea de playa, tal y como está descrito. El trato de la anfitriona implecable y el alojamiento es estupuendo. Sin duda repetiríamos más veces.

Our first time booking with Airbnb & Jorge was exceptional. Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean & in a lovely location. Went above & beyond to accommodate our date change due to original flights being cancelled, fantastic communication from start to end. El piso está en una zona genial cerca de la playa y el puerto, con muchas opciones de restauración. Hemos ido en época de poco turismo por lo que no era difícil aparcar pero puede que en temporada alta esté todo muy masificado. Total contacto continuo con Jose Luis para cualquier aspecto y firma de contrato mostrando total legalidad. El piso es antiguo pero con todo lo necesario para una familia. Son zonas vacacionales donde los precios están encareciéndose mucho.

Vi hadde et meget bra opphold i leiligheten. Vi er veldig fornøyd og kommer gjerne tilbake.

Ich durfte eine Woche in Davids Unterkunft verbringen – und es war schlichtweg fantastisch! David ist ein aussergewöhnlich grosszügiger Mensch und ein Gastgeber mit ganzem Herzen. Schon bei der Ankunft spürte man, dass ihm das Wohl seiner Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Er war nicht nur jederzeit erreichbar, sondern hat sich weit über das Übliche hinaus eingesetzt, damit wir uns rundum wohlfühlen konnten. Die Wohnung selbst ist ein echtes Juwel: stilvoll eingerichtet, top ausgestattet und unglaublich gemütlich. Die Küche liess keine Wünsche offen, und der Balkon war unser Lieblingsplatz zum Entspannen. Die Lage ist zudem einfach perfekt – ruhig gelegen und doch in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss oder mit dem Velo mitten im Geschehen. Ob Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Restaurants – alles ist schnell erreichbar. Es gib einen praktischen und einfach Zugang via App, ideal. Ein Aufenthalt, der keine Wünsche offen lässt – wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Beautiful spacious apartment with massive tarace with view on the beach and the sea. We were very warmly welcomed and we even got oranges from Cristina's garden. We loved every minute of the stay at Cristina's beautiful apartment.
