Lucia's apartment more than met what was advertised. It is a spacious, bright apartment with an unbeatable location. It is 3 steps from the best entertainment venues, both restaurants and bars. Nothing noisy and the owner is very attentive. One thing, I would extend the check-out time a bit. Denia is a perfect place to have a few drinks after dinner and the next day having to get up early to check out is tough. However, we will repeat!

We stayed in this place not for pleasure but out of necessity, since we sold our apartment and while waiting for the new house, we had to be in a place in Gandia. Thanks to Vicente, we returned to the neighborhood of our origins in Gandia. Vicente was helpful and attentive at all times, and even allowed us to leave later than usual. Thank you again!

The stay in Teresa's villa was a real pleasure - located in a very nice and quiet area, with a spacious and well-kept garden where our dog could play, as it is pet friendly. The house is very clean, very comfortable and cool thanks to the impeccable air conditioning. We will definitely repeat, 100% recommended.

The house is beautiful with one bedroom on each floor which provides lots of space and privacy. The location is great with lots of restaurants nearby and an easy walk to the port.

Absolutely recommended!! Were immediately warmly welcomed and everything was explained. Super nice place where we immediately felt at home. Everything very clean and nicely designed. Check-in and check-out were hassle-free. We even got tips on where to eat. Amenities were perfect. You have everything you need. The owner also got us snacks and drinks on arrival. Beautiful place very clean and well decorated, a really comfortable bed. Very good for enjoying the beautiful beach, less good if you want to visit the city because it takes 40 minutes by bus and after 10:30 p.m. only the taxi remains. Overall it was perfect for calm and direct access to the beach. Rosana is very helpful and friendly. Valencia is splendid!!

The house is perfect for two adults and a girl. Everything is clean, tidy and very well cared for. The terrace is amazing. The pool is very nice. the beach is a ten-minute walk and a three-minute drive away. All in all great.

I loved the apartment, very spacious for 3 couples. Kitchen well equipped and outside seating areas perfect to catch the sun at any time of day. 30 second walk to the beach. Walkable to the Spar supermarket and some bars and restaurants. If you want to be closer to town then it is a bit of a walk on the main road, which may not suit everyone. Marine was very helpful with regard to recommendations on restaurants and was very quick to respond to messages.

This accommodation is situated in a 3 block larger luxurious apartment complex. The finishing of the apartment and public spaces is modern and high end. We loved the layout and the privacy and the terrace that is shielded from wind. Due to the sloped positioning on a hillside, from the living room you have full sea view, with no obstructions, with is nice. You do need a car to get around, since the apartment is located up the hill. The fitness, pool and sauna are nice and cleaned daily. The private parking spaces are impossibly small to get in- and out of if you have something else than a fiat 500 size car. Would definitely rent here again.

We had a great time. The apartment is very comfortable and complete, it has everything you need, kitchenware, appliances, etc., it's also clean and the decoration is ideal. The complex's pool is very large, with 2 slides, both my daughter and we had a great time, the beach bar is large and has several tables. To go to the beach you have to walk about 5 meters but it is a pleasant walk. Sonia is very kind, we had good communication and she made everything very easy for us, she is a very good host, she had prepared a basket with breakfast products for us. We will definitely repeat.

this place is absolutely beautiful we loved it so much it was hard to leave the apartment. Conors had everything to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with all needed to make a meal. Really a beautiful place and so comfortable.
