Riverside Priory, 2-Bedroom House

Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Maison Marcks Champagne | Old Town Ay

It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors. The courtyard has a lunch/dining area as well as a lounge area under roof by the open fire place - you have private access to this tranquil and magical space. Maison Marcks is a comfortable and exclusive home to stay in while exploring Champagne and its many legendary vineyards.

This cottage has an equipped kitchen, large living room, TV/office lounge, walk-in shower bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a garden. A jacuzzi with a shower area. No pets allowed. Many activities to discover in the surrounding area.

The Harvesters' House

In the heart of the Champagne vineyards, this house is a great place to recharge your batteries. You can go for a walk in the forest and in the vineyards from the house. Epernay and its prestigious champagne houses are a 10-minute drive away.
