Apartment holiday rentals in Graz

Everything was great. It was a little cool in the apartment.

We used the apartment because we were renovating our home. The new apartment was in perfect condition and exactly met our expectations. The residential complex is located on a quiet side street and the neighbors were also barely audible. Communication with Maxi and David was very easy and always pleasant.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment for four nights. It has everything you need for a short visit. The location close to the university was great for us because quiet yet well connected to the city center. Communication with host Markus was excellent before, during and after the visit. We would love to come back at any time if you visit Graz again.

This was my second stay here and again the apartment was great. Plenty of space, has all the basics, and check-in was very easy.

We had a really comfortable stay for a few days. Apart from the initial surprise of the shared entrance, the apartment is comfortable, very nicely decorated, and has good amenities. There is a very nice parking place, lovely neighbourhood, good bakeries and supermarkets nearby. I would come back.

I only stayed 1 night in the apartment but I will definitely recommend it. As in the description, the apartment is very bright, clean and cozy. Check-in is straightforward and quick. Many thanks to the hostess

Since we decided to go to Graz quite spontaneously, it was great how quickly we were able to book. We would also have had the opportunity to arrive a little earlier and depart a little later. The apartment was as described. The equipment with play materials, sleeping, washing and child safety utensils was truly unique. These many details made the holiday with children easier. The communication worked excellently and was very friendly. The location is wonderful anyway.

Main square/center can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot, grocery store and drugstore in less than 10 minutes - great location! Very large and beautiful apartment that exactly matched what the photos promised. Kitchen amenities were perfect. Communication with David worked very well, the apartment was ready to move into 1 hour before the official check-in. Great that there is an espresso machine and we could start the short vacation with an espresso on the balcony. We highly recommend David and his apartment!

The listing provides what it promises in the listing and the pictures: the apartment is very pleasant, well arranged, clean, and perfectly equipped, in a quiet neighborhood, and the value of which is also raised by the large terrace. It's also great for transportation: a bus stop 1 minute away on foot, and your own car can be parked in a safe place next to the entrance. Carina is an attentive and helpful host, open to any questions and respond quickly. I highly recommend their home to anyone who wants to experience the hustle and bustle of Graz, but want to return home to a calm, small-town environment for the evening.

Spacious apartment near the city center with a nice park view. Totally recommend!

A very beautiful house. It is located in a place between mountains and very relaxed forest. The village is very small and there are no shops nearby to buy some food (we forget the oil) but the hostess left us some oil for our stay. A very nice!

Very nice apartment, in a great area with many options (supermarket, restaurants) nearby. Super clean, well organized and exactly as described! Michael is a great host and very easy to communicate with, and very quick to reply to any concerns.

My reservation request came quite last minute and worked really well. Communication was friendly, helpful, and flexible. The surroundings are very beautiful, actually much too bad just for a stopover :-)

The apartament was spacious, with good lighting in every room. The patio was amazing as well. The kitchen had everything you could wish for. We all felt right at home. When we had any questions, Rene was quick to respond, always friendly and helpful.

Viktor's place was great for a single person! It was clean, had a lovely patio and view of the surrounding areas. I stayed there between moving into student housing and the location was super close to Uni Graz campus! Also left some great recommendations, including a wondering Bratwurst place with one of the best meals I've ever had! Viktor met me for check in and helped me find my way when I got lost (due to sleep deprivation, not poor instructions). I would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend!

Contactless check-in, apartment was very clean and as described. Host quickly writes back to inquiries and also inquires about the tenants. Amenities as indicated and views fantastic. Anytime again.

Klaus met us promptly at the apartment when we arrived and we had a lovely stay. The apartment was as described, clean, tidy and very comfortable. It is in a quiet neighbourhood and we enjoyed being able to walk into the centre of Graz and it is only a 15 minute walk from the station. We loved Graz. It has a beautiful, historic centre to wander around, lots to see and do and great places to eat and drink.

Very nice and comfortable apartment. Perfect location for Medical University of Graz (less than 200m). Very close to all public transports.

Clean, simple, calm and pleasant.

Simon is a shiatsu massage practitioner and Yanet a violin solist, teacher and singer. This information has not a direct relation with the house itself, apart from being very polite and friendly, offering even a late check out. They live in the apartment next door, so they can be reached anytime. The property offered consisted of a very large room (over 50 square meters) witch included a small but equiped kitchen, a large double bed and a small table with two armchairs. A little minimal, but OK. A sofa and a tv would be useful. Bathroom was also clean and OK. Simon must do something with the apartment's wooden floor, which makes annoying noise at every step. He must also use a closed cabinet for cleaning and other useful and useless staf and not hide them behind a curtain. The overall experience was nice, as the sun really flooded the apartment with light and the double glass windows blocked any noise coming from the street. Thak you Simon and Yanet!

We love this place! This year we were already here for the second time in a row, great apartment, great location, the roof terrace is just beautiful and Markus super sweet, reliable and accommodating. 13/10 stars!

In the apartment on the 3rd floor (with elevator) of a pleasantly quiet apartment building, we felt very comfortable. It is very well equipped and has a wonderful huge balcony facing the garden, including comfortable furniture and an awning. We also greatly appreciated the private parking space on the ground floor under the house. The apartment is located in the Lend district near the Mur and within walking distance of the beautiful Lendplatz, where a farmers' market takes place every day except Sundays and you can sit comfortably until late in the evening. The city center and the Schlossberg with its numerous wonderful sights can be easily reached on foot in about 30 minutes. We would very much like to come back to Graz and enjoy the advantages of this apartment.
