The Hayloft provides self catering holiday cottage accommodation fitted out to a high standard. The property is located in the pretty little village of Bainton situated in the heart of the Yorkshire Wolds close to many tourist destinations such as Beverley, Hull, York and the east coast. The cottage has a private gravelled garden area with outdoor furniture, set within one acre of private land and includes off road parking. We welcome two well behaved dogs but they must not be left unattended.

Recently converted, the Owlery is the perfect self-catered rural escape for couples. With its double height vaulted ceiling and full height double aspect windows the open plan kitchen living diner offers a light and airy space to unwind and enjoy the view of surrounding fields. The bedroom has a Kingsize bed, Egyptian cotton sheets and En-Suite shower room. The Bathroom offers complimentary Bramley products and cotton bathrobes. Both areas are underfloor heated. York is 20 min by car. Country Houses , Sledmere, Castle Howard and Burton Agnes are all within a 30 minute drive. Ideal location for family/ friends reunions & Hen/Stag parties welcome.

Seaways bungalow is located in the village of Fridaythorpe in the heart of the beautiful Yorkshire Wolds. What Seaways bungalow can offer, is space. The bungalow has 3 large double rooms, finished beautifully, a large bedroom with 2 single beds and a bedroom with bunk beds and a single. Sleeping arrangements can be altered or increased as there is that much room available, that if you wanted to bring extra guests, you can do. We also offer a barbecue, charcoal and utensils are provided.
