Just seconds from the gorgeous beach and only a ten minute walk to the excitement of the haven site if you wish the enjoy in all the fun Haven has to offer. take aways, swimming pool etc all on your door step but beautifully tucked away from all the hustle of everyone else. The cottage is completely fenced in & dog friendly (can't guarantee your dog won't get out depending on its size) . Supermarkets will deliver. The cottage has a selection of bicycles for your use.

Our house is situated right in the heart of Great Yarmouth and it is just a 3 minute walk from the lovely Yarmouth pier and sandy beach. This house is perfect for those with families or for those who seek a place with a homey feeling. The perfect location allows you to explore Yarmouth with no transport needed and there is a sainsburys supermarket just a minutes walk down the road accommodated by a petrol station.

Newly renovated throughout and close to bars, restaurants, theatre, amusement arcades, Gorleston High St (>1 mile), Great Yarmouth (4 miles) and Norwich (20 miles). As is traditional in these cottages the stairs are steep and not suitable for people with mobility issues. 50 paces from the Pier Hotel featured in the film Yesterday and in the heart of Banksy’s Spraycation public gallery around coastal Norfolk and Suffolk!

For the last couple of years we've only had friends and family staying here but are so excited to be able to share our lovely Suffolk Seaside home with others. I spent my childhood summers on Lowestoft beach with my family and we love staying here. The house is a classic Victorian terrace with beautiful proportions, 3 floors o sea views and now a stunning modern interior following our major project in 2018. I hope you love it as much as we do.

Perfect accommodation for a family holiday by the beach. My property has a large garden with a patio and a private hot tub. It has parking for 3 cars and a barbecue. All bedrooms are spacious with ample storage. There are 2 shower rooms and 2 separate toilets all downstairs. Linen and towels are provided. As well as tea, coffee, sugar, milk and a welcome pack on arrival.
