Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Greater Buenos Aires

Rubén fue muy acogedor y servicial durante nuestras dos estancias en su casa en avril y mayo. Es muy atento, muy amable y preocupado por nuestra comodidad. Nos sentimos como en casa. Es muy agradable vivir en este lugar animado, lleno de libros, que ya ha sido habitado. Muy cómodo, en muy buena zona, realmente fue genial. Muchas gracias Rubén

We were in Buenos Aires for our son’s wedding and had another son and his wife staying with us. The apartment is the second floor of a grand old house in Belgrano, a beautiful, safe neighborhood. There were places for good breakfast and lunch nearby. We enjoyed the large spotless kitchen and the comfortable tv room. The bed’s are enormous and quite comfortable. Our friends who are from Buenos AIres saw it and asked for the contact information. We highly recommend this apartment, but we are used to city sounds of buses and traffic.

La casa es tal cual se ve en las fotos: amplia, luminosa, cómoda y muy bien ubicada en pleno Palermo, cerca de todo pero en una zona tranquila. Estaba impecable: la limpieza fue excelente y se nota que cada detalle está cuidado con mucha dedicación. Ideal para grupos o familias, porque hay espacio de sobra y todo funciona perfecto. La anfitriona fue excelente. Siempre disponible, muy atenta y flexible. Incluso nos permitió quedarnos después del horario de check-out, lo cual fue un gran gesto. Definitivamente volveríamos. 100% recomendable.

Estuvimos alojadas un grupo de 9 amigas por un fin de semana. La casa es super cómoda para grupos grandes además de estar muy bien ubicada y cuenta con todo lo necesario, no tuvimos que llevar nada. Lucía se comunicó desde el primer momento con nosotras y nos recibió para hacer el check in, e incluso gestionamos un late check out sin problemas, ella siempre muy amable. Volveríamos sin dudas.

Impresionante la casona, la familia quedo super contenta, fue una buena sorpresa. Gracias por todo vamos a volver

An absolutely gorgeous house in one of the nicest areas of Buenos Aires. I think the house is even better than described and the photos! Also, Yanina was super responsive, helpful and really kind. Definitely would stay again if I’m back in BA!

La casa estaba en perfecto estado! Tal cual las fotos. Fueron flexibles con el check in! Súper recomendable!

We had a fantastic stay at Seb and Victoria’s home in Buenos Aires! The house itself is beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, and the fully stocked kitchen made us feel right at home—even if we didn’t quite master Argentine grocery shopping (tip for Americans: plan ahead and map out local markets). Communication with our hosts was excellent from start to finish: they were friendly, flexible about check-in (we arrived at 11:00 AM local time) and check-out, and even arranged for a housekeeper to greet us. The location was ideal—walking distance to shops, cafés, and several wonderful plazas—but as of June 2025, there’s major construction happening both across the street and next door. The noise never really bothered us during the day, but the site across the street isn’t exactly a pretty view. Of course, there’s nothing Seb and Victoria can do about that, and it will be completed eventually, but it’s worth keeping in mind if you’re sensitive to construction.

Very nice, modern and clean apartment in a very nice neighbourhood with a lot of nice restaurants and coffee and fashion shops. We really enjoyed staying in this apartment!

A gorgeous home in history district. Totally walkable to Congreso, Obelisco, Puerto Madero, Casa Rosada...and also great for the tango enthusiasts. What a privilege to experience a stay this gem! I would absolutely love to return.

Quero deixar aqui registrado o quão incrível foi nossa estadia no apartamento do Augusto e o atendimento por ele prestado. Viajamos muito por vários locais no mundo e nunca tivemos um atendimento tão único e personalizado. O Augusto é uma pessoa extremamente gentil, atencioso e flexível. Chegamos cansados de viagem, tarde da noite já e encontramos na cozinha alguns mimos como cápsulas de café, salgadinho, refrigerantes e água mineral na geladeira. O apartamento é um show a parte. Além de lindo e bem localizado, é confortável, bem cuidado e absolutamente tudo funcionando, com manutenção impecável. Gostamos de ficar mais no apartamento do que sair para passear. rsrs Foram dias incríveis nesse apartamento e já temos o nosso local favorito em Buenos Aires. Agora será nosso local de estadia sempre que estivermos em Buenos Aires! Obrigado Augusto e equipe Faena!

Federico excelente anfitrión, fue flexible con el ingreso, nunca antes nadie me respondió tan rápido como él. El departamento muy lindo, limpio, ordenado, impecable.

El departamento de Hector estaba impecable y en una hermosa ubicación, tiene detalles de bienvenida como gaseosas, agua y cerveza. Nos puso algodones para limpiarnos la cara en el baño, entre otros detalles, todo fue un 10!!! Muy amable Hector!!!

If you want to be in great location where everything is within walking distance then book this place! There is food, theater, ice cream shopping and the off and on bus close by. It is also close to the AEP airport. The best thing about this place is the location. It was also clean. It is an older building, so make sure you bring an adaptor for your plugs and chargers. Juan and Eduardo were responsive and nice. Again, great location.

Carla’s home was amazing. It’s in such a great location and the apartment itself is absolutely beautiful. We stayed with our family which included myself, my husband, and two children ages seven and nine and we found it fantastically perfect for our family. Carla is easy to communicate with and clearly understand what traveling can be like with a family. She’s definitely the type of host you would want. We will absolutely book again next time we are in Buenos Aires. I can’t recommend enough.

this place was great from start to finish. Gabriel is a delight, the apt so we'll located and felt like a really home!

El departamento es muy cómodo, y en una zona muy bonita con todo cerca, tiendas, bares, cafeterías. Tiene una zona común con piscina muy bonita para relajarse.

The view is unmatched! Everyone was kind and accommodating and there was a supermarket right next door in case you need snacks. Pablo also made recommendations on where to get other essential items. he always responded within the hour if not immediately AND the place had all the amenities listed

The views from every room were spectacular. The condo was beautiful, with a large terrace on the first floor. The hosts were extremely accommodating and helpful throughout my stay.

La estadía espectacular. Es la segunda vez que me quedo y volvería siempre. La ubicación es excelente, con una hermosa vista. El departamento tal cual la descripción, muy limpio y ordenado, con todas las comodidades. La comunicación con los anfitriones muy buena y amable. Recomiendo 100%.

Very nice and functional apartment with great views of the city. It was nice that the basic things like cooking oil and salt an pepper was in the kitchen to be able to cook the first meal. Micaela was very friendly and available through the whole stay. Would definitely return.
