Our home on via antica 14, is in the beautiful Sabina Mountains, one hour north of Rome, with train service to nearby Poggio Mirteto Scalo from the airports and bus service directly to Roccantica. Our medieval village is a completely unique experience of the real italian lifestyle set in a village that was built in 700 AD. You will also love the abundance of hiking trails, the food, and the friendliness of the locals. Our home is very accommodating for couples, solo adventurers, and families.

La Dimora di Gilda è una moderna dependance composta da un saloncino con camino e divano letto matrimoniale, angolo cottura, una camera da letto (anch'essa matrimoniale) ed un bagno privato. La Dimora si trova all'interno di un giardino di un antico Casaletto in pietra ('700), immersa nella campagna umbra con ulivi e piante da frutta a soli 2,5 Km dal centro di Spoleto ('5 di auto). In caso non si disponga di mezzo proprio sono disponibile ad un servizio navetta.

Dear guests, I am happy to welcome you to Casetta di nonnaNà, an ideal place to spend your days surrounded by the greenery of Umbria. You will be a few kilometers from the main Umbrian attractions, such as the Marmore Waterfall and Lake Piediluco. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood near all the necessary services (supermarkets, bars, pharmacies, banks, public transport, hospital) and within minutes you can reach the historic center.

The lake-view apartment, in the historic center, has a separate entrance. It is 30 meters from the lakeside promenade. It can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Leaving the car in the free parking lot, you will have to walk 200 meters to reach this house in the heart of a forest and set in a large rock. All around you can take pleasant walks to the Rio Grande dam. Very suitable for a relaxing weekend and close to nature. From June, the tourist tax of 1.5 euros per person per day will be paid at the property for a maximum of 4 days

The house is located in the historic center of the village of Arrone, one of the "Most Beautiful Villages in Italy," away from pollution, cars and noise. The parking lots are not far away and the last stretch of road is on foot, in a typical alley between stone walls and with a few steps.
