This place is beautiful highly recommend I went away from my 26th birthday and I’m so glad that I picked this place such a calming getaway from 40+ hour work weeks the cabin is immaculate in the woods and extremely beautiful and relaxing. Ksenia is also really nice and super responsive and helpful. we honestly didn’t have to reach out much because she already thought of it all!

We are so very thankful for this beautiful, pristine home. We wished we could have stayed forever! Everything exceeded our expectations and was so beautiful and clean. The location was calming and serene. It was just what we needed.

Wonderful extended weekend spent in peace and quiet. With a firepit, hot tub, relaxing outdoor porch, it was just perfect for our adventurous weekend. The home is well stocked, comfortable and totally private. The owner was very responsive and helped us with some local options for meals and places to visit.

Had a girls trip and we had a great trip. Charlotte was able to help me with any questions. We would go back ! I will tell my friends about this place!

Our first stay here. We’ve been coming to Seebert/Hillsboro for years. We were pleased that the shower water was not iron. We enjoyed the clean hot tub, spacious living area, well stocked kitchen.

Absolutely loved our stay at this cozy mountain cabin! The location was peaceful and secluded, and the cabin was clean, well-equipped, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Perfect spot to unwind and enjoy nature. Highly recommend!

Darien’s place was perfect!! It was perfectly clean and beautiful. The house was very private and a beautiful place to stay. The host was very friendly and helpful for anything we needed. The stay was amazing!!

I said "Home" because that's exactly what it felt like. The home was spotless, peaceful, safe, and beautifully situated close to nature — perfect for a relaxing getaway. Everything was exactly as described, and you can tell they put care into making guests feel welcome. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a calm and cozy retreat. I forgot to mention, I rate this cabin 5 Superstars out of 5 :) Thank you both for being such great hosts!

Although close to the road, the location feels private with a large yard, flowing stream, fire pit, and backyard right on the river. It was a great stay!

The "Trout & About" is a great fishing cabin with tons of rustic charm as well as more than enough modern conveniences: refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster coffee maker, Keurig & and air fryer. There's even a barbecue grill on the back porch and a nice size fire pit in the backyard with a picnic table. The location can't beat. During the day you can fish the river right from the back yard and at night you can open the windows & drift off to sleep listening to the river. Abby was an extremely attentive & gracious host !!

We love the Red Bull Inn! This is our second stay here and it just made us want to keep coming back. It’s so clean and inviting. The property is peaceful and the river is beautiful. The kids did a lot of fishing; we took canoes and kayaks and explored the Buckhannon River each day. The porch is perfect for morning coffee and afternoon relaxing, and then the fire spot is great in the evening. It’s a wonderful place. We’ve never had any issues. I highly recommend it!

All I can say is wow! I booked Rebecca's place as a one-night stop for a group of us from the UK on a short road trip in Shenandoah. I was hopeful that it would be a good stay based on the photos and description, but I don't think any of us expected how wonderfully cosy, rustic and yet clean and comfortable it would be! There were so many small touches to help us enjoy the stay - for example the fire pit already had logs and kindling arranged and Rebecca had even left S'mores out, so we enjoyed a great night sitting around the fire toasting these and even saw a firefly! Our only regret we all agreed was that we hadn't booked to stay longer - given the location right in between Skyline Drive and Blue Ridge Parkway this is THE place to stay when visiting the area!

Cheryl was so communicative and my group had such a good time in this beautiful location and lovely home. Notable pros: great view, well equipped kitchen, incredibly clean, VERY dog friendly, nice back porch, comfy couches / the only downside (but not a complaint) is that the hill to get up to the house is a bit scary. we (3 cars) made it with no issues but it did make us a bit nervous, and made walks from and back to the airbnb somewhat difficult. there's alt parking at the bottom but it is a very difficult walk up the hill. but the elevation made for incredible views! without a doubt I'd recommend this place!!

This was hands down the best Airbnb experience our family has ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The place was absolutely perfect! It was beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and better than pictured. Every detail was thought of. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the bedrooms were incredibly comfortable and cozy. It truly felt like a home away from home. We had such an amazing time as a family and created memories we’ll cherish. We’re already planning to come back in the future. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a perfect, stress-free stay. 10 out of 10 you won’t be disappointed!

The cabin was more than we expected. It had plenty of room for us both and our grandson. Beavers living 100 yards up the hiking road and wild turkey feeding just outside the kitchen window excited us and thrilled grandson. The place was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We would definitely return.

My family and I had such an amazing time here at The Roost! This was the perfect father's day getaway. My husband is already trying to plan our next trip back here. The place had everything we needed and more. We are so excited to come back again next time and to introduce our family to this gem of a place.

We loved being at the end of the road in this quaint cottage...it was absolutely quiet and private and the wildlife was abundant. Several deer came through the yard, some with fawns, some with antlers...we hear a bear came through just before we arrived! There were hummingbirds, fireflies and an active bird nest where we watched the mother/father tending the babies on the back porch! We never turned on the TV because we couldn't wait to see what might happen next. The Greenbrier Trail is .3 miles down a gravel road and there were swimming holes along the path as well as gorge/rock walls and gorgeous forest. We were 15 minutes from Lewisburg which is such a fascinating historical town...we loved Stardust and Corn+Flour for meals. Don't miss swimming at the Blue Bend and Bluestone Lake...also, Lucky Rivers in Hinton (best food!). Be sure to go to the Canyon Rim Visitors to see the magnificent New River Gorge. We can't wait to come back. Lorrie was a wonderful host.

We have stayed here about a half a dozen times over the years. Josh is simply the perfect host, and the cabin is very private, absolutely gorgeous, alway spotless, with awesome and breathtaking surroundings. Just extraordinary - Six stars!!

April's place was well stocked with kitchen, bath and cleaning supplies. We especially enjoyed having morning coffee and breakfast on the covered side porch. She was helpful with giving us restaurant and grocery suggestions as well as a suggested driver to provide transportation to a wedding and other activities we were attending. Thank you April!!

Our stay was nothing short of magnificent! We really enjoyed the quiet scenery and beautiful weather! The cabin is small and intimate exactly what we were looking for on our little getaway(: the hot tub in the evening with the lights strung around really helped the romantic atmosphere. Our host was nothing short of welcoming and accommodating! Our grill didn’t work right on the first night and we came back from a day of adventure to a brand new grill on the back porch! Above and beyond could not have imagined a better place to unwind and quiet down the chaos of everyday life! We will most certainly be back (:

George was a fantastic host. The cabin was amazing. The property was beautiful. George provided us everything we needed to make it home away from home for me and my family. As a superhost myself, I can't recommend George and his wife enough. They did a great job with this property and they were very welcoming from the minute we pulled into their driveway. If you plan to head out through highland county or just want to get away. This is the place to stay. We will be back.
