Monthly Rentals in Greetham

We stayed at Jojo’s as had a wedding at Holywell Hall. The Airbnb was perfect for this purpose and more - such a gorgeous area if you want a peaceful country staycay. The flat was very cosy and had everything you needed for a short stay. Jojo was an easy, hassle free, host! Would highly recommend :)

Lovely hayloft barn. Arrived and instructions were clear. The apartment is great for short term stays, very near their home and pet friendly but could have done with a little green space for dogs. They are a lovely but busy family. They let us get on with our long stay. I'd suggest for long stays, a full sized fridge freezer, access to a washing machine and a coffee machine. I'd up the amount of cutlery and add in some pasta bowls for modern conveniences. The Hayloft barn gets very warm in the most recent hot weather and we struggled to get the barn below 27.5 inside on some days. A little attention to detail outside in the court yard, no view and gravel which is not great for dogs. Michelle was attentive but also let us do our thing which we appreciated. The owners have dogs and a cat so if you have reactive dogs it can be an issue, we do. We didn't leave our dogs once during our month stay for fear of them barking which did become an issue especially once the summer heat kicked in.

Really comfortable, peaceful and spacious place for four of us to stay (regrettably) for just one night. Frances gave us a warm welcome and even showed up with umbrellas when the heavens opened. We enjoyed having a look at the fish in the lovely pond and the beehive. Fantastically located if, like us, you are eating at The Olive Branch.

We were attending a wedding at Rutland water and reception at the Barnsdale. This place is only 7 mins away and was perfect for our daily stay of 3 Adults. Julie made us feel welcome and had also provided so sampler products in the kitchen for us. Which was lovely. The check in is 3pm but after explaining we had to be at the wedding by 12:30 Julie arranged that we could check in at 11 am so we could freshen up and get changed after the drive up.
