Accommodation: Our historic house from the 15th century is located in a quiet location in the old town of Krems / Donau-Stein. The approx. 30m2 apartment is located directly in Stein's old town - an ideal location for a visit to the various museums close by or a day trip with one of the many ships up the Danube valley - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In addition, the vibrant city centre of Krems with its coffee shops, confectionaries and bars and the Campus Krems are within walking distance.

The flair of the building is unique and so the apartment is suitable for a business trip as well as for a private visit to Linz. Linz is usually not discovered at the first sight. Enjoy the cozy apartment in the listed house in the city center - view of the Ybbs river included. In summer you can cool off in the bathing area in front of the house.
