You 'll have your own private room (with lockable door) and also you can use the garten . Coffee & tea plus a fridge with cold beverages in your room. Parking in front of the house. Cozy 1-room apartment – ideal for short stays

This small (45 sqm) accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people in one room. The double bed can be separated from the sofa, dining area and mini kitchen using a sliding curtain. The sofa can be quickly converted into a comfortable 1.40 meter bed, which we will be happy to prepare for you. The rain shower and the modern design of the bathroom leave nothing to be desired. A large TV and WiFi are of course also available. There is no nice view, but there is a lot of light for the basement.

Die behindertengerechte Wohnung ist ebenerdig und befindet sich sehr zentral im Ortskern. Direkt vor der Unterkunft befinden sich kostenlose öffentliche Parkplätze. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf sowie diverse Gaststätten (fränkische, italienische und griechische Küche) sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Large holiday apartment for up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms - quiet but centrally located between Forchheim/Bamberg and Erlangen/Nuremberg. Lots of space on 120 square meters. Optional extra charge plus 12€ for each additional guest from the 5th person (the 6th has a sofa bed in the attic in the 'theme room'). Parking space for 2 cars. Bicycles can be safely parked in the shed. Access to washing machine and dryer in the basement. Space for drying in the attic

Beate's place is very nice, it seemed like new all! The garden was perhaps the most beautiful! Very beautifully decorated with plants and playfully arranged with a barefoot path and a small beach! We stayed for a short period, for a longer period we would miss a freezer! For us, this did not cause any further inconvenience during the stay! The kitchen is very spacious with stuff and the bathroom has a lovely warm shower! In terms of price/quality, this is perhaps the best you will find on all of Airbnb!

We found your accommodation well, the check in worked without problems and. everything was as we imagined it. Very quiet location. The apartment was clean and everything you need for daily life was available. There are great opportunities to take long walks, especially if you have a dog with you. The highlights such as Nuremberg, Bamberg and, for example, Franconian Switzerland, with their great excursion destinations, are also easily accessible. We would book this apartment again anytime. The landlord also contacted us on the first day to check if everything was OK and to let us know that we should contact him if we needed anything.

I found the communication with Jürgen super easy and always friendly. The place was clean and nicely decorated. Is very private... If my family plans a party again and not all guests can stay with them, I would book the accommodation as an alternative. :-)
