The apartment is located in the attic with elevator access. Parking is available at your doorstep. Hosts live in the house and are happy to help.

Art Nouveau villa built in 1912 with a large terrace 20 m2 and garden is located on the raised ground floor, a large apartment 80 m2 with everything your heart desires. We take care of the ambience. Close to the center and yet very quiet. There is a church nearby, but you can't hear it inside, as it stops ringing at midnight. The apartment is very nice, large ,clean, bright and newly furnished. The 1929 manor house is located in a very quiet neighborhood and is still only 5 minutes (on foot) from the center. The apartment was gently renovated in 2017 and is a little more than functionally equipped. (Coffee maker, 55" LED TV incl. Netflix or Pay TV and spacious balcony).
