Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Gretna

We had such a great stay and would totally come back! The place looks just like the photos, super clean and had everything we needed, from kitchen supplies to bathroom essentials and a washer and dryer. The location was perfect, nice and quiet but still an easy walk to Bourbon Street and all the fun around town. There were so many cool spots to eat, grab coffee, or get a drink nearby. We felt safe the whole time and would definitely recommend staying here!

Kevin was able to rent me his place last minute when my prior reserved Airbnb was unavailable. The downtown location is great and very close to Canal Street with many restaurants nearby. The unit is as described and Kevin communicates well and is concerned that everything is good and you are comfortable. The only negative, as others have mentioned, is the street noise. So bring ear plugs in case you have difficultly sleeping. I would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable and clean, walking distance to the French Quarter. The roof top was nice with a small pool and lounge area. we tried to reserve again for Mardi Gras, unfortunately it was already reserved. We had a great stay for our 7th trip to "The Big Easy". Mrs. Peggy from the barbershop downstairs, is an amazing lady very hospitable and is extremely knowledgeable about New Orleans, if you need ideas for things to do outside the Quarter, she will point you in the direction.

This was a great place to stay just outside of the French Quarter. It felt really safe and homely. The main bathroom was also fab, great shower! Would stay again.

This spot was perfect for our family weekend trip in Nola. It looked exactly as described. The beds were comfy. All supplies that we needed for the weekend were provided and more. The 4th floor patio was such a bonus! My husband and I try to watch the sunset every night, and that spot was wonderful for that. We would stay here again!

Three blocks away from Bourbon Street, walking distance to great restaurants, trolley, and French Quarters. One of the trolley route is located directly in front of the buildings. We really enjoyed ourselves and highly recommend location.

The Factor Row building would be a great place to return next time we come to New Orleans. However, I was so happy with our first-floor unit because we had direct access to the first-floor private courtyard that I wasn't expecting. This was great for the kids to be able to go outdoors and toss a ball for me to read. For our unit there was a hot tub, but it didn't really seem maintained, but since it was not advertised as an amenity, I didn't consider it a minus. This was a great place for us because it was a couple of blocks away from Canal St and French Quarter without the chaos of being right in it. There were so many restaurants within walking distance. They under described the amount of closet space! My only negatives: an uncomfortable dip in the mattress, which hopefully they can fix; we got locked out at 6am on our last day- but I was able to call and get a new code, and if using the living room pullout, bring an eye mask if on the first floor bc of the courtyard lights.

We enjoyed our stay! Great proximity to Bourbon St and the parades while being far enough from the chaos to enjoy a good night’s sleep. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a great location and are not looking to stay directly on Bourbon St.

Everything met our needs. The location was advertised as 10 minute drive to French Quarter. It’s 1.4 miles. Which is much closer that I imagined. Quiet area after a long night in the Quarter.

10/10 Highly Recommend ! This was my boyfriend’s and I second time staying here. Everything is as pictured and the hosts are very responsive. I’m already thinking about coming back the end of June. Thanks for everything and providing a home away from home.

Great location, clean and secure. Location was within walking distance of everything. Communication was immediate and appreciated.

My partner and I stayed here for our first trip to NOLA, it was incredible! The place was steps away from all of the “must sees” of New Orleans, and the loft was clean and quiet. (Other than the streetcar, but that didn’t bother us!) We will definitely stay here again!

I enjoyed my stay! The building was in a great location very close to all the action. The condo was cozy yet spacious enough for my boyfriend and I. We enjoyed having a patio and parking was a super plus. Rob and Crystal were overly accommodating, they‘re great hosts!! I would definitely stay there again if ever visiting Nola.

John’s place was absolutely perfect, from the location, the ease of checking in/out, communication and the decor. To having a clean, trendy and wonderful space to call home base. Honestly we will ALWAYS come back to this spot when in New Orleans!! There are other amenities in the building which are an added bonus. But we didn’t do anything but enjoy the roof and the surrounding areas. Side note: for Crawfish and authentic New Orleans seafood…GO TO CLESI’s!! A wonderful stay at Ryan's place! The home was perfect for me and my family of 5. The home was clean, nicely decorated and updated. Located just off a great section of Magazine Street, it was easy to enjoy the restaurants, galleries and shops - all within walking distance. Ryan and his team were very responsive with my questions/requests and made our stay very enjoyable!

We enjoyed our stay here. Easy & flexible check-in process to accommodate our schedules. The onsite caretaker was very kind and helpful. I would recommend this place for your next trip to New Orleans :)

Didn’t see the host but i didn’t need to! Jay was clear with communication and everything went smooth. Even asked for a late check out and they were able to do it for free!!

We had a great time, the place was super cute and host was super communicative. There were a couple things wrong with the backyard but it was also pretty rough weather the night before we got there so no worries for real! Super responsive and communicative tho. If staying with a large group definitely worth the price!

My friend and I were in town for Jazz Fest and found Brenna and Nick’s place to be situated in an ideal location. 30 minute walk to the Fairgrounds and other ideal locations. The place was accurately described, near a new greenway. Brenna and Nick were very responsive when we had a question or issue. A few drawbacks would be how noisy the ACs were and the lack of light in the bedrooms (the back room only had a crawl space) but otherwise a pleasant stay. Very comfortable for a short stay in the city.

This place was super spacious an nice an clean I loved the outside sitting area as well as the carport.

We had an amazing time staying at Genevieve’s place! Genevieve was an amazing host and her home was a 10/10. She made our stay stress free and easy. Our second best decision was booking here (the first was being in New Orleans to elope lol) We will definitely be coming back to stay 😊

We came down for my daughter's graduation from Tulane. The apartment was perfectly located, near my daughter and Tulane. The next street over is Oak Street that has great restaurants and stores. But the street the apt was on was nice and quiet. The apartment was immaculate and spacious with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a nice big kitchen and living room/dining room. There is a supermarket around the corner. And it was well air conditioned. He provided snacks and coffee. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Donny and this apartment to anyone looking to stay Uptown in NOLA!! Lorraine
