Es befinden sich in der Wohnung ein Doppelbett und ein hervorragendes Schlafsofa der Marke Bali (je 140 breit). Anreise bis 22 h, nachts wird das Hoftor geschlossen. Die Vermietung für einzelne Nächte geht nur im Ausnahmefall, Vermietung an 3 + 4 Personen erst ab 3 Übernachtungen. Kinderbett u. Hochstuhl kosten je € 3 extra. Keine Rollläden oder Jalousien. A cozy bright barn near the Dyck Castle

Enjoy the countryside with Dyck Castle at walking distance. There are several bike roads and walking paths, and the highway (A46) is only few minutes drive away. Two bakeries and a fruit shop are within 2 km. The barn has been fully renovated while keeping the 4 original brick walls. It is equipped with floor heating and offers a loft style space. The access is from the shared courtyard and in the back you can enjoy the garden. The covered gate area is ideal to park bicycles and motorbikes.

The small barn has separate access and is part of a 100 years old half-timbered house. The house is centrally located and quiet with a view of the city. Shops and restaurants as well as takeaways are within walking distance. On the ground floor was the kitchen, bathroom and hallway. Upstairs is the bedroom as well as a couch with TV (Smart TV). Wi-Fi is provided. To do this, the property has an Expressi coffee machine, a hob, microwave and refrigerator.

Bus connection right outside the door (direction LukasKH). The whole apartment was renovated in 2023, including new window and bathroom.

Es gibt Pizzerien und sonstige Gastronomie. Man ist in wenigen Minuten auf der Autobahn A 46 und A 57 Richtung Köln, Düsseldorf, Neuss und Mönchengladbach.
