Our listed holiday home with approx. 95 square meters of living space is located close to the old town of Nideggen. Between the market square and the castle, quietly located but still in the middle of the action. In a few minutes you can reach the center of Nideggen with its beautiful cafes and restaurants, where there is sure to be something for everyone. It is about 100 m to the castle. From our house you can also start wonderful hikes to the surrounding area such as the Rurtal or the climbing rocks.

Obermaubach offers a reservoir with ice, coffee and pedal boats. Hiking and cycling trails in nature as much as your heart desires. My 2 rooms in the attic (2nd floor) are centrally located in a very quiet residential estate. The subway is within walking distance. From there you can reach the following places very quickly: - Old Town & City Center - 9 minutes - Königsallee 8 min - Main train station - 5 minutes - Messe Düsseldorf 29 minutes (1 transfer) Supermarkets, pharmacies, Starbucks, McFit and a Portuguese restaurant are right around the corner (approx. 400 m) and within walking distance.

The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. With love for the details and an eye for its historical origins, a unique and extremely atmospheric location has been created. On the 1st floor there is the loft-like living area with a cozy living/dining area - and the unique 180-degree view. On the lower level there are the 2 bedrooms, the laundry room and the shower room with a toilet.

Quiet, lovingly furnished guest house in Mönchengladbach - Neuwerk. The old barn is about 60 m² and completely renovated. It offers enough sleeping space for 4 people plus baby/toddler. A workplace is set up, TV & Wi-Fi available. We try to welcome our guests personally to answer questions about the house and its surroundings directly. The A52 and A44 highways are 5 minutes away and the city center is 10 minutes away.
