Grundpreis gilt für 2 Gäste. Eingeschlossen sind Bettwäsche und Handtücher sowie die Reinigung der Räumlichkeiten. Für weitere Personen, max 2 werden jeweils 33 € aufgeschlagen. The small barn has separate access and is part of a 100 years old half-timbered house. The house is centrally located and quiet with a view of the city. Shops and restaurants as well as takeaways are within walking distance. On the ground floor was the kitchen, bathroom and hallway. Upstairs is the bedroom as well as a couch with TV (Smart TV). Wi-Fi is provided. To do this, the property has an Expressi coffee machine, a hob, microwave and refrigerator.

It's an entire apartment on the first floor in a single-family house. Communication is only via Airbnb. An accommodation fee of €3 has to be paid to the city of Kaarst since 1.1.2025. The apartment is not suitable for children under 12. It is possible to store two bicycles securely. For additional towels and bedding we charge a usage fee of €5,00 per person.
