Holiday rentals with beach access in Grimaud

Davina's property is exactly as described, and perfectly located in Port Grimaud. There are many shops and eateries within walking distance. Having a parking space in the residence is a big bonus at Port Grimaud, we were able to park right in front of the property. We used it as a homebase for exploring the region and relaxing on the beach (check out plage Riva). Davina is a perfect host and very helpful, another wonderful Airbnb experience.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist sehr gepflegt. Der kontakt zu Romain war sehr gut und scnell. Die Anlage ist sehr ruhig. Die Garage ist klein. Aber für unser Auto hat es gepasst. Wir hatten die Fahrräder dabei und waren damit sehr flexibel. So ist alles sehr schell erreichbar. Wir könne die Wohnung sehr empfehlen!

I really enjoyed my stay

We have been here the second time and this is by far the best apartment in la Croix Val mer. The apartment and especially the view towards the sea is spectacular. Olivier is also a very nice host and is very helpful. Everything was perfect

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Das Wohn-Esszimmer ist schick, das Bett bequem, die Küche perfekt ausgestattet und das Bad super! Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ein weiteres Higlight ist der schöne Balkon mit duftenden Orangensträuchern. Der Check-In erfolgt über eine Schlüsselbox, sodass man zeitlich unabhängig ist. Die sehr ruhige Lage im Dorf war für uns perfekt. Nach wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man das Zentrum mit mehreren schönen Restaurants und Geschäften. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt gerne wiederkommen!

è la seconda volta che soggiorniamo presso le residenze di Alexandre ed è sempre un esperienza meravigliosa. la casa è in una posizione tranquilla circondata dalla vegetazione . luminosa pulitissima e ben organizzata. dotata di un bel patio dover poter mangiare e una piscina fantastica con una zona solarium con massima privacy. la cucina funzionale e ben organizzata. un bagno con doccia enorme . Alexandre è una persona gentile e disponibile. non vediamo l ora di poter tornare , per noi non esiste posto migliore!

Fantastic location, extremely relaxing and lovely room on the port. All the amenities needed and a lovely & accommodating host! Would recommend every time & will be back in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay. Elsa was responsive. Arthur’s father was adorable and checked in on us to make sure all clean. We were attending a 5 day wedding at the Beavallon so it was close and convenient. Few tips. 1) If you’re driving from Saint Maxime’s side, don’t follow google maps up the narrow streets. It’s better to stay on the Rte de Littoral and turn at the roundabout next to the Plage de Guerreville. You will pass Just’in Cafe on the right before the roundabout - a much easier straight shot up the Chem de Guerreville until you hit the street the unit is on. Walking it’s all uphill even though not far probably 1/2 mile maybe but easy coming down it towards the Beavallon. If you’re driving from St Tropez, ok use google maps 2) amenities as listed 3) if you’re staying several days w adult women, bring toilet paper. There were only 2 rolls. We asked where they keep it and host responded they don’t. No biggie just a hassle. Easy to prep if know ahead of time. Enjoy!

The villa was perfect - it was beautiful (exactly like the photos), well equip with everything we needed, great location (we loved Saint maxime but also equally easy to get an uber to St Tropez). Herve and Nathalie were very responsive and flexible with check in times. Couldn’t recommend more!

Wir haben Anfang Mai ein paar Tage in Carqueiranne verbracht. Stephane und seine Familie haben uns sehr herzlich Empfangen. Das Apartment ist ein wahres Refugium. Wunderschön, umgeben von Natur und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Bellissimo appartamento pulito,posizione ottima

Not just the house was beautiful, Julien and Sebastian were the most wonderful and thoughtful hosts. The location is a dream, ideal for quieting the body and the mind. Also, in close proximity of the best beaches of the coast. Would recommend 100% and definitely be back.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in dem Haus. Es ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und sauber. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage war ebenfalls sehr gut. Man kann ohne Probleme zum Strand und nach Port Grimaud laufen. Auch der Pool und die Außenanlage ist sehr schön. Allerdings für kleine Kinder weniger gut geeignet, da der Kunstrasen sehr heiß wird. Der Kontakt zu Rodolphe und seinem Team verlief reibungslos. Sie waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können das Haus weiter empfehlen und würden gerne jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Loved our stay here. The garden is the most beautiful with views overlooking the sea. The pollinators were so happy and busy buzzing while we swam in the pool. The decor of the interior was very charming and the AC worked splendidly! The kids loved the secret path to the garden from their room.

Nach ein paar trubeligen Tagen in Nizza genau das, was wir gesucht haben. Ein tolles Haus mit einem traumhaften Pool in einer schönen Umgebung. Tagsüber konnten wir gut entspannen, etwas leckeres grillen und am Abend dann haben wir St. Tropez besucht. Karine hat einen ausgezeichneten Geschmack und das Haus sowohl liebevoll eingerichtet als auch alles toll und geschmackvoll dekoriert... man hat sich sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Es gibt einen schönen Strand direkt fußläufig, unbedingt die Fahrräder mitbringen, um die Gegend zu erkunden. Tolle Fahrradwege entlang der Küste. Karine hat wertvolle Restaurant-Tipps direkt nach Ankunft gesendet. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen. Vielen Dank.

Super séjour, la maison est vraiment à 3 min max de toutes les activités et notamment à 1 minute de la grosse piscine. La maison est parfaite, on a l’impression d’être chez nous avec un beau jardin. La climatisation partout dans la maison est appréciable. Nous étions un couple avec un enfant et un bébé et c’était très bien.

Audrey est accueillante et très disponible, nous la remercions pour tout ce qu’elle a fait pour nous durant notre séjour ! Le logement est très propre et bien placé, nous le recommandons sans hésitation !

I cannot thank Xavier enough for the stay! This space is absolutely incredible, and is exactly as shown in the photos. It’s in an ideal location and is central to everything you’d want to see and do in Cannes! Not to mention , the building itself is gorgeous. Xavier also provides ample recommendations, and is super responsive and flexible with the check in/ check out process. If I’m ever back in Cannes, I will be staying here again for sure! Highly recommended anyone books this spot for your next trip to Cannes ☺️

Wir haben sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub gehabt, die Lage ist außergewöhnlich, 14 Stufen bis zum Meer. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut ausgestattet, passt für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern. Für den Strand steht alles zu Verfügung, Liegen, Schirme und Tische. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. In Nebensaison ist sehr ruhig. Das Meer traumhaft türkis und ruhig.

Philippe was an amazing host. Very responsive and knowledgeable. The studio is directly across the street from the beach, with an amazing view of the Gulf of St Tropez. The location of the studio was excellent as well, within walking distance of wonderful shops and restaurants and the ferry to St Tropez. A convenience store is two doors down, and a full supermarket a 5 minute walk. We stumbled upon a farmers market one day downtown and had some of the best cheese we’ve ever had. The space itself is as advertised. We spent our mornings overlooking the beach from the huge windows. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. One thing to not miss is the AMAZING water pressure and temperature in the shower, which we are not used to traveling through Europe. As others have mentioned, be prepared for the four story walk up to the apartment. But if you’re out all day like us it’s not a huge deal. Will come again. Thanks Philippe!

My wife and I very much enjoyed our 2 weeks in Gigaro. Thibault is a great host. Very friendly and responsive. The apartment matches the description and is great for 2 persons. The outdoor space is a highlight. All this just 500m from the beach, a grocery store and some pretty good restaurants.

Séjour très agréable chez Stephane . Le logement est lumineux avec une vue dégagée et une terrasse très sympa ! Le parking sous terrain est un véritable plus ! Le centre de St Tropez est accessible à pieds en 10 minutes ce qui est très appréciable ! Stephane a été très conciliant pour l’heure d’arrivée et de bon conseils !
