The cottage can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes from the road. Lionza can be reached by car in 25 minutes from Ascona. It is a village located at an altitude of 800m that offers a view of all the Centovalli, being able to admire its idyllic villages and imposing mountains.

In snowy conditions, access is only possible on foot (with snowshoes).
