Cozy 3-room apartment

The apartment is located on the raised ground floor of a Walser house built in 1937 and was gently renovated in 2019. The charm of the 80s has been preserved and supplemented with elements of modern times. According to the traditional construction (family house), the house is not soundproof from the outside or the inside. This means that the roommates are occasionally (sometimes more, sometimes less) audible. Therefore, we ask the respective tenants to be considerate and to be a little quieter when dancing the waltz :)

Original Rustic - Alpe Gribel (Centovalli)

- Original Ticino Alps as my ancestors used it for summering and hay harvest. Only within walking distance in approx. 1 hour from the private road (token CHF 20.00 per entrance, parking included) or 2.5 hours from Intragna train station. - Drinking water & outdoor toilet (plastic barrel without water flushing). - No electricity but cell phone reception is ok - Collect wood for cooking in the forest and provide it for successors. - For simplicity, the house is to be cleaned by the guests themselves!👌

Alpine skiing and mountain biking is also fantastic here. The house is located opposite the Rinerhorn, you can easily walk or drive to the ski lift .
