Great accommodation - great landlords The apartment is located in Gröbenzell. The place has a good connection with the S-Bahn S3 to Munich - in about 20 minutes you can take the S-Bahn to Munich at the main train station, sights such as Frauenkirche, Marienplatz, Viktualienmarkt, English Garden, etc. are very easy to reach by public transport. At the same time, the accommodation is very quiet and you can, for example, take a nice walk to Lake Olching. There are some restaurants and shops in Gröbenzell. The apartment is very nice and clean, we (3 adults) had plenty of space. Sonja and Claus are incredibly nice, on the return journey Claus even drove us to the S-Bahn station on Sunday morning with his car. Highly recommend!

The place was clean, well-maintained and as pictured. Although without a kitchen, but still a small fridge, coffee maker and kettle, so completely sufficient for a short trip! Very lovingly and beautifully prepared and everything easy to find with the description. Alexander always responds promptly and also proactively contacts you regarding arrival/departure and important information. If you want to go to Munich, this is super possible with the S-Bahn, but the bus from the property takes quite a long time to get to the station, which is why we went there by car, as there are free parking spaces at the S-Bahn stop. Otherwise it is a quiet location and we enjoyed it very much:)

Berndt and his wife Gabi were both incredible. They were very considerate of our travel, and even gave us their personal phone numbers in case we got lost or needed any help with anything. Berndt also graciously gave us a ride to the train station on our morning of departure! The surrounding area was beautiful, walkable, and very peaceful. We very much enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend!

We had a very nice time in Peter's apartment. Peter is very nice and always responded quickly. He even got our little daughter a high chair and a cot. The apartment is very nice, clean, large and modern. There was enough space for 4 adults and a child. The kitchen is super equipped and the Nespresso coffee machine is great, a dishwasher would be desirable. The washing machine is optimal with a small child (a clothes rack would be good). The bedroom in the attic can get very warm, but there is a ceiling fan and an air conditioner. We felt very comfortable and would like to come back when we go to Munich.
