Located in the middle of the polder with unobstructed views, yet Middelburg and the beach are always close by. The house has been completely renovated and equipped with modern luxury, while the authentic elements have been preserved. The house is directly adjacent to the large garden.

The lodge is on the edge of a nature reserve with many hiking and biking routes. The historic cities of Bruges and Ghent and also the coast are nearby. The spacious apartment (>200m2) is located on the 1st floor and has 3 bedrooms suitable for a large family or group. From the living room, you have a unique view of the harbor of Breskens. Both the city center and the beach are within walking distance. There are 2 bedrooms with a double bed and another 1 bedroom with 2 separate single beds. Located in a quiet neighborhood with playgrounds within walking distance and free parking space in front of the door.

Groede is a beautiful picturesque and cultural village in Zeelandic Flanders, just a stone's throw away from the beach and Waterdunen, a special nature reserve on the border of land and sea. Groede has cozy terraces, beautiful historic streets and is an oasis of peace on the Zeeland-Flemish coast.

This spacious vacation home has a large, modern and cozy living room and offers access to the terrace. The garden is fully enclosed. The kitchen is equipped with all the amenities you need to cook for 10 people. It is a beautiful vacation home for a family vacation. In the evening, you can enjoy the setting sun. This vacation home is therefore very suitable for a city trip. You can enjoy delicious shellfish dishes in one of the many Dutch restaurants.

This cottage is surrounded by woods. It's the ideal place to unwind and enjoy nature. It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.

We rent out 4 connected 4-person holiday homes on our rural plot of approximately 1.5 hectares. These are fully furnished for a pleasant stay. On the large plot, there are plenty of places to enjoy the tranquility, sun (or shade) and nature. The jeu de boules court or table tennis invite you to play.

Open vanaf juni 2021 Deze accommodatie biedt precies wat je als stel zoekt qua locatie en faciliteiten. Het huisje heeft een eigen oplaadpunt voor elektrische auto’s. De Eiken Balk ligt op 2 km van het strand en 650m van het winkelcentrum ( Jumbo, Lidl en Kruidvat)
